Every man is a male separatist. Including your father. Including your male friends. Almost always:

Men only watch male sports. They only read books written by men. They only listen to and support male musicians. They are financially independent from women. They only watch movies starring men, directed by men. They only hire male workers.

Men always support men. Men put all of their energy into each other religiously. Do you consider most men radical? If you do, then you understand the need to invest in other women to cancel it out. If you do not, then why would female separatism sound radical?

Female separatism does not inherently mean living in the woods with other women (though that's where I plan to be). It means having your own bank account. It means priortizing reading works by other women. It means following female sports teams. It means hiring a female electrician. It means choosing to invest your energy in and entangle your life with other women.

Every step towards female separatism helps kick the male out of your head--the one that grew there from only ever being assigned to read male "classics" in school and only ever watching movies that make you empathize and see life through men's eyes. Female separatism supports women's place in society and stops male consumers from forcing women back into dependency and the domestic sphere with their misogynistic preferences. FS helps you empathize with other women. FS means you're harder to abuse and control, in every sense. Supporting female separatism is supporting female independence, community, ideas, and dreams. You can start at any time.
