WEEK 12: ROAD TO SUCCESS

In this week, Elite was keep going for innovating there business idea and brainstorms those things they need to improve on with there startup business. Making some adjustments with it comes to polishing there products but at the same time was determined and inspired to get into the word “SUCCESS”.

As of that, the road to success is never a straight line, and more probably it will be as a curve, broken line or something that will push you to the left, then to the right, then again, to the left, again to the right that’s a zig-zag road. On that road, you as an entrepreneur need to zigzag if you want to reach success.

Furthermore, people want improved circumstances and better life without an improved self. They want victory without paying the price or making efforts. It really cannot happen without the other. Any improvements that have not been generated by improving yourself are superficial and short-lived.

“Entrepreneurship is something like a journey. That’s an entrepreneur’s journey. You as an entrepreneur create something from nothing. But, those creations are not easy to be successful.”

WEEK 11: ENTREPRENEURSHIP THROUGH TECHNOLOGY SERVING A SOCIAL CAUSE

That is, social technopreneurship.

Entrepreneurship plays two significant roles where it comes to economic development and poverty reduction. First, entrepreneur-ship increasingly contributes to the creation of new jobs as well as growth in productivity and value add. Second, many technological interventions are converted into innovative products or services by entrepreneurs for the benefit of the wider society.

Further, technology allows social entrepreneurs to enable and empower the underprivileged to rapidly scale up thereby leveraging the benefits of the efficiencies provided by economies of scale.

Thus, the fundamental motivation behind friendly business is making social incentive for the more prominent public great though business focuses at making productive tasks bringing about private addition. It will fill in as a learning understanding and inspiration to us business person understudies to develop more and be social dynamic in our general public as we adventure business venture and polished methodology.

WEEK 10: BUSINESS IDEA VALIDATION

Market validation is the process of determining whether your product is of interest to a given target market. Market validation involves a series of customer interviews with people in your target market, and it almost always takes place before you've made a significant investment in your product/concept.

The Elite team was doing the validation process for there on going startup idea which the “HARDHAT X” as the Non-residential Contractors Company/Firms serves as our main customers.

Thus, the benefit of the business idea validation is to demonstrate the needs of your potential clients to you. Your task is to define the requirements of your future customers before you launch a startup. In addition to that, The more development work your team has done before you discover whether your product will fail in the market, the more expensive that failure will be. The value of market validation is that your organization can uncover those problems before committing any significant time or resources to a product concept.

WEEK 9: IMPROVING ACCOUNTS

Accounting for startups involves keeping accurate records of financial transactions and examining your finances to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. It is essential for startups to build a solid accounting foundation to stay organized, increase efficiency, obtain financing, control expenses and identify possible risks and opportunities for the business. Whether you choose to hire an accountant or opt for an accounting software, you need to understand the basics of startup accounting.

As For that, after the midterm examination, the ELITE team was going to arranged the review polls and inquiries for the interview. It will fills in as a premise to improve our product and market for likely purchasers of the item.

WEEK 8: PITCHING

A pitch is a presentation of a business idea to potential investors. People pitch a business because they need resources. If the goal is to raise startup cash, the target of the pitch is an investor. Other businesses pitch to potential customers to sell their product.

WEEK 7: START-UP BUSINESS PREPARATION

This course subject taught the team a lot about business models and how to create them for an organization and a product. As a result, this week strengthened and bolded my teammates' bond, as we became more relaxed and creative with each other than ever before.

WEEK 5: The search

In this succeeding week, the team was learning a lot of things that will help the group to create their chosen product because the ELITE’s group collected more knowledge for it. Much as the Elite team must study in order to graduate from high school, we must also research and learn more about our product in order to develop it. Cooperative teammates help us get the job done, and we did a decent job.

Furthermore, as companies become more important, the team must study carefully for services and products that can help meet human needs, such as our product, which aims to provide a new level of protection that can create a new definition of safety. Thus, for us students, technopreneurship is critical in order to unlock our inner potential in the near future and to have sufficient knowledge of business and entrepreneurial skills.

WEEK 4: MADE A CONCLUSION

In this week, our team was presented three business ideas were made and concluded the ideal one that was the most notable to the three ideas and it was the “Hardhat X” whereas throughout the advent of technology, this generation is leaning towards the road of automation. Just like smart phone, smart watch and even smart glasses, a smart hard hat is beneficial to trace a worker or an engineer in a construction site. Aside from the Hard hat being one of the important safety equipment in the site, it could be a lifeline gadget also whenever the worker is on danger or needs help especially in doing crucial work.

Because of the factors we must consider in order to complete our product, it took us time and patience to complete it. These decisions were taken with the support and commitment of my colleagues, who were extremely helpful. As my team and I have shown to each other, patience and strong teamwork always lead to results. Thus, with the team’s efforts and handworks doing their tasks as result of a good conclusion.

WEEK 3: FEEDBACK

In arrange for the plan and idea to work or conceivable, considering of potential clients or those who benefits your thought some time recently making it could be a must . This week we we have gotten the feedback from (potential clients) them and it was mind blowing and at the same time unsurprising. Among the three business ideas we have made and shared with them, one who raised on and that was "Hardhat X" like as I've said unsurprising since it is combined with present day innovation that boost and increase the security of the clients within the field of development.

The term ‘feedback’ is used to describe the helpful information or criticism about prior action or behavior from an individual, communicated to another individual (or a group) who can use that information to adjust and improve current and future actions and behaviors.

Thus, feedback helps to improve and enhance, whether an individual, group, business, business unit, company, or organization – and that information can be used to make better informed decisions. It also allows us to build and maintain communication with others.

WEEK 2 : ELITE’S BRAIN WAVE

From my point of view, during gathering such information's about the business ideas, we generally contributes a lot of creative ideas or insights on our meeting to decide what was the unique sort of businesses we should actually pick out. We’re putting much time for our formulating those things throughout the week and been settle on a plan which was the Hardhat X, Floor/Design plan Brochure and Ready Mix Concrete.

Furthermore, in the days ahead, we shown a well organized plan as well as to settle down those tasks assigned in each of us for the conducting the interview or survey to the License Civil Engineers out there for asking some questions on what products or even services we literally choose as best and also the other members was appoint to make a power point presentation for this week performance.

In conclusion for team evaluation, we probably have a great communication as a team and then carry out and contributes in any assigned tasks In short we work as a TEAM, we win as a TEAM. Teamwork is a set of actions done by a group having a common purpose or goal. Teamwork is generally fulfilled under a collaborative environment since there is the assumption that working together produces a better outcome than making separated efforts.

Self-reflection is self-assessment, and one of the most significant learning tools we can model for our students. Ultimately, we want our children and adolescents to be the self-assessors of their work, dispositions, and goals. Research repeatedly reports that the difference between good teachers and superior teachers is that superior teachers self-reflect.

As of now we should always put in hand why we should need to be self assessed through provide insight into students' true comprehension and can help to identify gaps in students' knowledge. Encouraging students to examine their own learning and levels of understanding can also be an important 'wake-up call', identifying areas that require improvement.

A personality test is a tool used to assess human personality. Personality testing and assessment refer to techniques designed to measure the characteristic patterns of traits that people exhibit across various situations

Based on the Test provided: Consul(ESFJ) best describes/suits my personality in a way that we tend to be outgoing, loyal, organized and tender-hearted. ESFJs gain energy from interacting with other people. Thus, the more we understand what our mind is already trying to do, the better we can gain what we’ve always been after, the more we can avoid the pitfalls that have always nagged us, and the more fully ourselves we can always be.

”Personal Innovation Mindset Evaluation Result”

To sum all of this up succinctly, there are five main ingredients to an innovation mindset. We need to be open to change, have a bias towards to creativity, an ability to think big, unrelenting courage to challenge the norm, and be characterized by speed of thought and action.

As the result of my personal innovation mindset evaluation, I’m actually had a BII level of 72.88% out of 100%. This reminds me that I’m average with it comes to trust in which it recommends me to “ To continue to improve, practice trusting yourself by stepping outside of your comfort zone. Extend trust in others in a way that you usually wouldn't and repeat this exercise. ”. In the other side, in my resilience and diversity was literally high, It seems that i have a capability to adapt and improvise a solution to a problem without proper tools, materials, and knowledge and also I’m open to new ideas and people, you can make significant contributions to a project, group work, and organizations where innovations can develop.
