ariel blew a bubble with her gum as she opened the envelope that held her official transcript. she was pretty confident that she'd done well in her classes. she hummed to herself as she sat on her bed, unfolding the paper that held her grades. a... a... a... a... d. perfect. wait a minute. "a d? are you fucking kidding me? A GOD DAMN D?" she'd never gotten anything below a B in her life, and she only got a b once. in the seventh grade. because she skipped out on a test because she went home sick. throughout her gallagher experience, though, she'd only ever had an a in everything, even if it was a low a. reading the note at the bottom of the paper, a note from the teacher of her class, she sighed. the assignments you turn in are fabulous. but they aren’t of this day and age. they’re very outdated. you’re supposed to create things of this year, not from twenty years ago. maybe you’ll pay more attention next semester and actually do what you were assigned to do. best wishes. "son of a bitch..."
