As the temperature rises, people are getting more and more reckless with this quarantine order that’s in place.Â
This past weekend as I went out for quick supermarket run, I did notice that the weather was much warmer and more people were out and about. What was really sad and frightening was the amount of people not wearing masks or carrying them on their hands or around their necks, as if it were a fashion accessory.
NYS/NYC numbers will remain high as long as people continue to act stupid and like there’s nothing going on out there.Â

Sorry, Not Sorry
I used to feel sorry or lots of #momguilt was used against me to make me feel sorry or guilty. Some people can be quite manipulative.
As a mother of a boy, I am very protective of the way I raise my son, and the people I allow in his early life.Â
Children absorb a lot of the behaviors and personalities and values of the people they are surrounded by. I am very careful with what he absorbs and if I see something or someone not being a model citizen to my child I will step in and speak my mind whether they like it or not.Â
Sadly a lot of people, especially family don’t agree with this and some might see it as disrespect to elders if I correct them on how I want my child to be raised.Â
Sorry, Not Sorry is what I say (in my head) and by my actions.Â

Last Friday I treated myself to a blowout at The Dry Bar, this new spot in NYC, at first I was skeptical but I am very pleased with the results. The blowout was $40 and they provide complimentary drinks (wine & champagne).
