yeah i’m still annoyed with the old guard 2 since the reason they no longer heal being because of Nile is such a complete and utter lazy retcon of what actually happens in the first movie. Nile stabs Andy the first time and she heals from it. instantly. you can see the healed skin through the hole on the sleeve of Andy’s tank top when they’re on the plane:

and yet she’s somehow the reason? what, is it a delayed loss of immortality in the first movie but an instant one in the second? i’d love to hear why the creators did it this way bc what is the point
