Kim isn't someone who says he's feelings, but has never failed to show his emotions, even if he hasn't accepted them himself. The Kim who stays as far from his family as possible, calls his brother the first thing after getting up. The Kim who stays away from mafia missions goes into full mafia mode. All for this little ball of sunshine.

And you tell me to believe he doesn't love Chay.

I really think Kim loves Porchay. It seems so clear in his pauses when answering Chay's confession. It looks like he desperately wants to say "I love you too. Of course I do," and plant a soft peck on the forehead when Chay asks him if he loves him back, but he can't. He has too many secrets he's keeping from Porchay, and to say I love you back right now wouldn't be fair to the younger one. He needs to clear all that up; he will clear all that up. Even if it ruins this relationship he's come to cherish. That's what you do for the people you love.
