being mentally ill + suicidal at a young age (before 18) is. strange, because you grow up with this idea that one day you’ll finally snap, turn off, be brave enough to kill yourself, so you don’t really plan for the future. adulthood- further life, it isn’t for you, nor do you feel included within the future of it. it isn’t.. it isn’t part of your life plan.

and then before you know it you’re 18 and you’re an adult but you never thought you’d get this far and sure it’s great that you’re still alive you guess but also. you feel so alone + lost in a world you never expected or planned to be a part of.

can you imagine ceo!luke always showering you in compliments and little presents here and there. he’d be so in love with you holy shit to the point where he’d have bouquets of flowers delivered to your work every day with a note saying love you princess xx and it would be accompanied with a box of your favorite chocolates or when he’s really in the mood, he’d send you a box wrapped in pretty pink wrapper with a big bow on top and a card that says open this when you get home princess xx and you’d know instantly what the night’s events would consist of. there were times though that he’d hint to you, or rather openly talked with you, about how he’d wanna get married someday. late night talks would be like babe what if we got married and i don’t know how you managed to deal with me but fuck i am so in love with you princess. and you’d get the hint that he wants to marry you and all and there was a night where he wouldn’t return home from work. you’d anxiously wait for him in bed with just an old band shirt on that rests midthigh as you pace around the bedroom of your house, right across the block from his building. as if he could sense your uneasiness, he gave you a call and you’d rush to your phone by the nightstand, picking up and sighed in relief as you hurriedly ask if work was too much and when he’s coming home. he’d chuckle a bit before telling you to slow down princess. listen to me. i want you to go over to the window in our room and look over to my buildings. can you do that for me baby? and you’d confusingly make your way over to the window only to gasp in shock as you see the lights of his buildings spelling out MARRY ME? with a heart next to it. you’d clutch your phone as you bring one hand to cover your mouth before tears started to spill out of their ducts and down your cheek. the only thing you can hear from the other side was please baby? and you’d turn around to see luke right there in the doorway with his phone in his hand and a box with the radiant diamond ring in the other and you’d throw your phone on the bed somewhere before rushing to him and yes yes baby! yes i will marry you! comes out of your mouth as you bring your arms around his neck to bring his face down as your lips moved against each other and someo NE GT THIS COMPUTER ASWAY FORM ME FUCK
