It has changed a bit over the years but I have finally settled on something for Étoile's constellation!
"Pacis Lator" meaning Bringer of Peace. I admit it is a bit abstract, and may be a tad unrealistic, compared to other constellations that tend to have more literal meanings but I believe it is on the nose enough to work! The word 'peace' is iconic with imagery of a dove; while Étoile, if any animal, is certainly a dove .. bringing peace to others is such a prominent theme of her story — hence why I picked a dove in the first place!

I am aware that Mozelle is not a mouse but I was more confident in my abilities to make a mouse avatar, as opposed to one depicting a "beaked creature!"

Overall: I give it a 10/10! It's in my top 5 now!

The 1st Act...
I've been confident on this for a while, but Apep's description of the relationship between the Archons and Celestia makes things a lot more clear! Describing them as "God of Gods" makes it very clear that the Archons don't truly have ultimate authority over Teyvat; this has been implied but I believe this is the 1st time it is outright stated!
I do not like him in general, but I do appreciate P*ntalone stating that "Your journey serves ultimately to uphold the rules of this world." They oppose anyone who has tried to oppose Celestia thusfar — and while it's because the way they're going about it does more harm than good, I don't know if they've ever stopped to try and truly understand. There can be bad guys from all different sides! Nuance! Their response was only "What does that even mean?" and it was never addressed again, of course! Hoyoverse is always vaugeposting.

Nicole being Collei's guardian angel is so cute!
I always love to see Kaveh and Faruzan together! They are 2 of my favorite Sumeru characters — especially after the event where they were competition partners! Their dynamic is so special and I just love them individually. Faruzan and Nicole talking was so adorable!
Not a fan of the sages' designs but the non-human NPC models are always so cool!!!
Sorush and the aranaras are so freaking cute aaaa! Especially when they follow you around. Cuteness overload! ;w;
The 2nd Act...
I believe this was the 1st time Layla appeared in an Archon Quest! Yay!
D*ttore is finally gone for good?! I wasn't expecting that!
Collei getting to leave her past behind made me a bit teary-eyed! I resonate a lot with her story, as someone whose been chronically ill my whole life in a place with bad healthcare, and she is just one of my favorite Sumeru characters in general.
I was honestly shocked to see Nahida destroy Irminsul. I remember seeing the hypothetical all those years ago but I never thought it would actually happen.
I guess this also somewhat disproves P*ntalone's claim about the Traveler, however I still believe it holds some truth... The Traveler opposes the heavenly principles but it is only because of their sibling. They don't realize that (even though they go about revenge very differently) their feelings of hurt inflicted by Celestia is very similar to the Tsaritsa and Abyss Order.
I was hoping to see Columbina again because of the callback to Winter Night's Lazzo. I'm very confused now about the part she played in it originally but oh well!
More Mondstadt yay!
I love the sweet and upbeat tone the quest ended on, however I can't help but dwell on the fact that the Pyro Gnosis is missing... It could've gone anywhere but I have a sneaking suspicion it has something to do with the Fatui...
I'm honestly so scared for Shneznaya! There are only 4-5 Fatui Harbingers (depending on what happens with Sandrone) remaining.. I thought, a while back, that they would eventually recruit new Harbingers but.. they seem fine with a low number? That makes me think something big is close to coming to fruition, likely relating to the Fatui's original purpose.
So... if D*ttore got a 2nd boss fight — that makes a non-zero chance for Arlecchino to get one too, hehe!
My overall review: I wasn't sure what to expect from this Archon Quest at all. I thought it was very random when I went into it blind but now that it's done? Wow... ;-; I am amazed. I feel it did a wonderful job in tying up a lot of loose ends! I was honestly disappointed in Nod Krai, writing-wise, so I've been very scared for Genshin's future but this was wonderful! It fills me with hope. I'm soooooo so so excited for Shneznaya! 4 versions left! Eek!
ଘ(੭*ˊᵕˋ)੭ ♡ ‧ . + June may be my favorite month of them all! It is simply so magical! I love being queer and I love my queer darlings!
Miss OCtoile is a closeted aroace femme lesbian and is also polyamorous! She has always gravitated towards queer people, but she always thought she simply wasn't interested in relationships. People always labeled as her "straight" and she figured they knew better than her because they seemed so confident!
When Étoile meets Arlecchino, something in her changes but she simply can't put her finger on it. She liked her a lot more than any of her closest friends but the label of "friend" didn't feel correct at all! Arlecchino is a canon lesbian (it refers to her as such in the Chinese files for the game) but I also feel she is on the aroace spectrum! After what happened to Clervie, it only instilled the philosophy in her mind that emotions, including romance = weakness. Despite her reservations, the children can see through them both! It is not long before the children begin to label Étoile as "Mother".
I headcanon Kaeya to be genderfluid (using any pronouns) and aroace, however, they are also biromantic in canon, showing interest in both men and women! Kaeya could easily tell Étoile is a lesbian; after all she is not skilled at hiding it in the slightest... (ㅅ´ ˘ `) They are who help her come to terms with her identity and they share their first kiss ~ Unfortunately, Étoile has to return to Fontaine soon after but they promise to definitely keep in touch, via letters and trips!
Arlecchino and Étoile get married very abruptly once they were both in Fontaine again. It went wonderfully, despite the circumstances (tis a whole other story), but Étoile cannot lie to her beloved! She realizes she is polyamorous, and while Arlecchino couldn't ever be angry at her, she is quite eager to meet the other person in Étoile's life.
After a long awkward (mostly for Étoile) discussion, they agree to share her love, so long as it is equal! She is the happiest lady in all of Teyvat to have her beloveds loyally by her side!
In the ending of the recent Archon Quest: Arlecchino was acting weird when speaking to Wanderer; it was almost like she has met him before!
Scaramouche deleted any memory of himself from Irminsul, where knowledge of anything that has ever once existed in Teyvat is stored.
Because of the glitches in her burst and idle animations are only ever seen in characters being rejected by Teyvat — I think you can guess where I am going with this! Is it possible that because Arlecchino is constantly being rejected by Teyvat, that she is not fully vulnerable to it's rules? :0
My conclusion: I believe she is aware that Wanderer is the 6th; she just does not care! She is so nonchalant.. I wish she would tell us what else she knows but it is probably for the best she doesn't because Celestia is evil!

They proposed to eachother at the same time and instantly knew they were soulmates after getting married! Now I am waiting for them to want to adopt the HOTH children — but so much yuri marriage is happening on my island, I have to wait a bit ;-;
