First encounter

A young Poe looks for pretty shells at the coral reef near the shore but in his immersion he sees something (or rather someone) incredibile.

Teenage Armitage thought he had found the right spot to be on his own for a while. Turns out some humans can reach it.

Baby Armitage was raised by his single mother, near the coast but far from the beach. She doesn't want him to get near the sea fearing his father would kidnap him and make him part of his merfolk army, but she doesn't have enough money to move so she just forbids him to go to the shore. But he does anyway 'cause he wants to play with sand and find cool shells.

Guess what happened? He got kidnapped.

When he turned 16 he half accepted his mermaid side and that's how he got his tail (dreamfish and violence might be involved idk). Also from my understanding, Merliah got a tattoo bc she was brave or sum, so his father got him a tattoo with the first order symbol (??).

He hates being a merman but at this point he hates and fears humans too so he's stuck in this limbo of being not enough of either and hating both, in his heart being his own faction. (it's almost like being bilingual😔/j)

Poe Dameron, King of the waves, is the best surfer in Malibu. Skill, looks, friends, he has it all. But there's a secret his loving parents had kept from him and when he turns 16 it's difficult not to find out. (he's also half merman)

“I didn't…” that's all hux manages to stutter before klaud tugs the leash with his foot abruptly. He crawls towards him, forcefully pulled by the alien who narrows his eyes. 

“I know, kitten. You're full of excuses, you always have been.” klaud looks at him from above, the fierce general is now reduced to a pathetic man, kneeling in front of his owner, head down, afraid to raise his gaze. “It ends now. Your kind has lived long enough with the wrong beliefs. Now you need to forget your training and do as I say.”

Third prompt

The cat walked in circles spewing monotone complaining meows. It looked up at the sofa with clear hatred in its eyes, pupils as thin as paper. The object of its focus? The man sat on the couch doing nothing but petting the hair of the other male curled up on the cushions. He was combing it, following the strands’ flow with his nails. If the general had trained his throat to purr it would have, but all he could do was stretching his arms and stroking his head on Poe's hand. 

“Don't look at me like that, Hux.” said the pilot to the cat. “Can't have this princess unsatisfied.”
