Open RP!

Another evil plot, another rib broken by The Bat. Another stint in Arkham. The cops have stopped being so gentle with Arnold when they bring him in, but at least they let him keep Scarface now. Probably Jeremiah’s doing, somehow.

Scarface is grumbling under his breath as they’re admitted to Arkham, and Arnold can’t help but agree. They both hate this place. The people aren’t… horrible, most of them, but it’s still not exactly somewhere they want to spent their time. 

Still. Arnold stumbles as he’s dragged brought to his usual cell, but he keeps quiet even as Scarface yells expletives and warns the orderlies to ”Watch the suit, ya hear?!”

He sits Scarface down on the bed and then sits down himself, pulling his knees up to his chest. Another plot foiled, another several months in the madhouse.

Tuesday was wandering through Arkham. Probably snooping, but nobody could prove it

Oh, heya. It’s been a while since you’ve been in here, Arnie. Getting up to anything new?

“He—hello, Miss Tuesday,” Arnold says, perking up a little at the sight of a familiar face. “Not much. Scarface g-got a new idea fo-f-for me, the Bat crashed it… you know how it goes, I suppose.”

When someone new comes through those doors, word spreads faster than an untreated infection. Especially when they’ve been brought down by Batman. Especially if they’re being welcomed back into Arkham Asylum’s open arms.

Honestly, it was a matter of time before The Clown Prince of Crime heard of Scarface’s and his dummy’s return to the funny farm. Gossip was one of the best forms of entertainment after all!

So when the orderlies died down their little surge after a new patient’s intake, Joker slipped out to make his way to that little cell.

“Well well well! Batsy got ya too, huh? Ohhh don’t look so down! Hahaha! What’s it again? Armin? Arnie? Adam?”

“Arnold,” he answers, looking up at the Joker and blinking wide eyes at the man. “Arnold Wesker. Th-they— They, um, c-ca-call me the v-v-Ventriloquist.” 

They’re all supervillains here, but it’s not every day you get to see someone like the Joker. It’s a little frightening.

Scarface, of course, just scoffs at the Joker’s words, turning his head away. Arnold looks down at Scarface worriedly.

“Da Gat ain’t no problem o’ ours,” Scarface snaps, crossing his little wooden arms. “He got lucky, dat’s it! Next time he won’t.”

“Oh… I’ve never had matcha! So I’d have to say black tea. I like chamomile tea the most, however.”

So like, when Scarface gets destro- I mean, needs "medical help", which part of him is the hardest to fix?

”Oh, dear… well, I don’t like thinking about Scarface getting hurt. But his face is very hard to fix. And his clothes… I’m not a very good seamstress, you see, and he hates just regular old doll clothes. He likes looking sharp.”

”W-well, thank you!” Arnold smiles anxiously, pushing his glasses up his nose. “I do wish Mr. Scarface wouldn’t make me do such bad things… maybe one day we’ll both get the help we need..”
