I'm slowly getting used to playing a 7-string. I think the pickups are ceramic or something. The One Inside. Gaphiel. Ink.2021. For the past year, I've come to understand that I'm on the Autism spectrum. Since then, it's helped me navigate life a bit better, and to better manage the Work of becoming a mentally healthy person. Relationships of any kind are hard for me in every aspect, and I'm also unpacking a lot of trauma I've experienced in the past. Nothing major, but death by a thousand cuts is still death, you know? I often get into arguments with people because I don't think like most people, but I'm also not very aggressive or assertive, so I often end up feeling very emotional and breakdown. This piece is a self portrait of regressive thinking and holding back a meltdown.
