Christy Ashcroft
Age â 19 y.o.
Height â 161 cm
Appearance:
â Careless shoulder length black hair and deep coal eyes. Her tired look betrays dark marks under her eyes from sleepless nights, and her skin is pale and sensitive. Her body is skinny, and she dresses in closed clothes, hiding old acquired scars from her childhood that she hates because they constantly remind her of the traumatic event that imprinted her personality.
Personality:
Christy was a fun-seeking girl in her childhood, full of enthusiasm for socializing and wanting to play with other children. Unfortunately, all her attempts to fit in and make conversation ended up with her being pushed away and shunned, called weird and teased. This was the case during her childhood and school years. This was the trigger of her social problems and her timidity and insecurity began to show. Drawing in her childhood sketchbook distracted her from boredom and loneliness.
The present Christy tends to be constantly detached from the outside world, her emotions flickering from irritation to anxiety, and when completely out of energy â indifference, consumed by a feeling of emptiness inside. Her main description is that she is a calm, quiet, and dreamy girl, and is actually happy to hold a conversation despite her hesitations and fears. To some, she may seem emotionless because of her indifferent appearance, but this is not really the case.
She is used to being on her own, with the weight of her thoughts on her shoulders and the feeling of hopelessness of living each day with this condition. She realizes her need for simple understanding and support, someone's kind touch, care, a taste she has not known. Her eyes fill with tears at the realization that she can't get over herself, the self that is afraid to confide in anyone, the self that treats everything with the suspicion that she will be hurt again. She hates this tense atmosphere and is used to it at the same time, she tries to catch a glimpse of hope to get out of this shit, but her mind can't see beyond her further sinking silhouette.
Character traits:
â Empathic, sentimentality, self-criticism, judgment, impressionability, curiosity, observation.
Brief description of the incident:
â Christy's mother was in a car accident and died on Halloween night, upon learning of this, her drunk and embittered father took out his emotions on his daughter in a cruel way, that's where those old battering scars on her body came from, and on her shoulder there was a mark from a blow that was caused by a broken liquor bottle. From that day on, she hated her favorite holiday and squirmed at everything associated with it. (Christy stopped having contact with her father once she moved out of his house and started living on her own)
Facts:
âą At the first opportunity, she moved out of her father's house, she moved into her late grandmother's house, not far from the forest, which she later loved to go to distract herself from obsessive thoughts. âą The silhouette of a slenderman has been giving signs to Christie since childhood, even then he had his eye on her. There is a theory that her mother also had symptoms, which little Christie did not even know about. So, the car accident and Mom's death was not just an accident. âą Christie voluntarily becomes a proxy, desperate for her dead end in life and a depressing feeling in her soul, determined to seize any opportunity for change if it means finding a way to where she belongs. âą If type Christie as a proxy, then she is more of a Berserker, she is under the control of Slenderman, but she can still act on her own. But during the provocation of her second form, she falls into an unconscious state, and as a type of Sleepers proxy, she does not even suspect at this moment that she is under control, only after she comes to her senses and, by the way, gets very tired.
âąHer childhood sketchbook was scrawled with pictures of her happy family, colored pencils the only thing that added color to her life. Her fictional happy world immediately became her lifeline, her imagination was vivid.
âąShe was prone to worry about her family, already as a child she was aware of the possibility that someday another fight could be the split of her parents and that was her great fear â to be alone.
âąAlready at an early age she had to feel the family problems: her father, constantly busy with work and talking only about his loans and debts, often snapped at her mother or at little Christy, forgetting about his obligation to give his daughter attention and care.
âąThe stress had affected the child's psyche, exacerbating Christy's anxiety. The psychologist may have alleviated her condition, but only temporarily, because the atmosphere did not change, even got worse. The father's attitude became even more detached, labeling his daughter as a problem child.
âąHer eagerness as a child was almost gone, she began to have nightmares and even hallucinations, and her desire to communicate with someone was fading.
âąTakes medication to alleviate the symptoms of her BPD.
âąOn a subconscious level, she tenses up at physical contact, expecting to feel pain.
âąSevere stress or a panic attack can trigger her episode, when she seems to be thrown out of reality, and she is tormented by the games of her mind, her emotions are overcome by anger and despair. She becomes vulnerable to Slenderman's influence. And since it is impossible to predict when this will happen, anyone can become a victim. (Distinctive signs: dilated pupils, nervous laughter and impulsive actions)
