CONGRATS NANOTYRANNUS FOR FINALLY BECOMING A REAL SPECIES!!! :DDD
i dont wanna keep reblogging the same chain over and over again lmfao so heres a NEW post with the newly released bugs in hd2!!! once again with the assumption helldivers are 6'1 or 1.86 meters, hive lords are the largest known organisms to the federation fully surpassing the blue whale twice over (make sure to zoom in)
a size chart for the terminids from Helldivers 2, these were measured by painstakingly positioning the in game character next to the various legs of the bugs (except the shrieker, that was just an estimate, I am not remeasuring) each square is 1 meter and the assumption is that helldivers are 1.8 meters tall and not 7 feet tall like a joke in the tutorial says
helldivers (2015) exists and there are bugs in that game too! but they are pretty small
size chart update!!! with the new terminid updates for hd2 i have to redo the chart!! sadly, hive lords are making this difficult as they are approx 72.5 meters tall, thats 4x taller than the tallest sauropod and 2x longer than a blue whale, making it the largest creature known to the federation by far
This is what eating gas station sushi feels like
some screenshots of a slightly less cancelled ARK mod, I might revisit this soon when I can reinstall the kit on another device it wouldve made the Dilophosaurus exactly 52% more accurate it even had sexual dimorphism (only the males had frills) not sure what it would do aside from spitting better

I have a vision
think about it? what if cambrian animals like anomalocaris exhibited behaviors especially during mating that we will never see? am I the only one who cant sleep because of this?
a fully rigged Nectocaris model complete with subsurface scattering! nectocaris was a cambrian animal, Im pretty sure we either think its some kind of worm or a basal cephalopod, I dont remember, I may revisit it at some point.
New photo refs for the paleo artists out there, courtesy of Knuckle Bump Farms' naked emu chicks.
Like seriously, look at these guys and their stupid little arms.

this is a model I created for a now cancelled ARK mod which would've TLCed the Troodon in that game, sadly this model was lost and these screenshots are all I have left, I might revisit it someday if the ARK devkit stops being over 800gb x-x
