Diana had, of course, seen what had happened recently with Superman in Metropolis and Boravia. It seemed remiss to not acknowledge it, but she had little interest in optics. She cared — deeply. But it was about humans. Humanity. Not what social media said.

"Well my Yelp is all 5-star reviews so I'm not even breaking a sweat." Oliver replied trying to defuse the situation with humor. Diana scared him, and not in the fun way Dinah did. She was just so intense, like a batman that could crush your head with their thighs in a more painful than sexy way.

"Okay, yeah. I get where you're coming from." Ollie said letting his facade fade for a moment. "But you have to admit, it's going to make a lot of people uneasy. Modern gods just running in to do what they think is the right thing. I mean I think ol' Big Boy Blue was right, but what if one day he's not?"

Not having powers and being a relatively normal person made it so he could better understand the critics. Anyone who could do what Superman or Wonder Woman are terrifying until you truly know you can trust them.

"I've gone through my fair share of PR training to not say any of that on the record." A slightly too loud chuckle and a charming smile crossed his face.

"did somebody say donuts?" technically, no one said anything but he could smell the strawberry glaze from the door. and the sprinkles.

"I don't think so. But here, catch." Ollie replied tossing a donut - with perfect accuracy - to Clark. He was in town on business and was asked to stop by for an interview. "Pink donuts are the best, so you're welcome." He added with a charming smile and a sprinkle or two in his moustache.

"Listen. I don't know what you think, I think, you think I saw, but you're wrong. Or am I wrong? One of us is wrong and it's probably not me."
