Stages of Life - Rags of Memory work-session by Instabili Vaganti by Sudipta Dawn Via Flickr: Stages of Life - The Rags of Memory Work-session took place at Tepantor Theatre Village, Shantiniketan, West Bengal in September 2015. The Rags of Memory is a cross cultural performing art project, by Instabili Vaganti,and is founded on the precepts of ritualistic theatre. Instabili Vaganti is a leading experimental physical theatre group in the world. They are from Italy. This work-session saw performers from all over India and also from Pakistan and South Korea, take part in a week long residency. This was organized by The Arshinagar Project with support from Italian Institute of Culture, New Delhi, Instabili Vaganti and Iris Home Fragrance. All images here are by Laurenza Salvatore.

Marko 93 in Kolkata by Sudipta Dawn Via Flickr: The Arshinagar Project in association with Alliance francaise du Bengale, Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute & IINTACH, hosted Marko 93 in Kolkata. Marko 93, held a workshop for students of SRFTI, painted graffiti at SRFTI and Alliance francaise building and conjured up a light painting session on the iconic Princep Ghat. We also collaborated with Italian artist Silvia Vona for a performance art event on the banks of the river Hoogly.
