This summer I picked up a dumpster and went to town on our garage. Call it nesting, but one thing I never called anything I was holding onto was “trash”. It’s amazing what you can make room for when we are honest about what we are holding onto and why we don’t need it anymore. It took a legendary pep talk from my Dad to get the courage to go to my 5 year high school reunion. I was single, I had no degree, and no real direction.
