Weight isn’t everything but I’m happy I have leaned out. Lol I didn’t realize my old job had me so stressed I gained more than I like. I’d go out and drink to cope 🥲 which turned into bad eating habits and extra calories or feeling too burnt out from that job I dropped my hiking passion from constantly feeling drained. Goodness I don’t miss that. I leaned out immediately after leaving which says a lot about that environment smh…
