It's great knowing that no matter how hard my day was or how stressful it is that I can go to my happy place. The weights don't give a shit if I had a horrible day or if I want to piss and moan about how bad my day was, they just want to punish me... Nothing clears your mind like a brutal workout, want to silence the voices of a stressful day, go lift some weights. Today is the anniversary of my mother's death. My life has never been the same, from that day forward nothing was ever like it was. I'm always reminded of how much I miss her when I her someone say "oh my mom left me a message" or "I have to call my mom later" these are just two examples of things that will never happen again for me. I will never again her my mother's voice, I'll never hear her say "I love you"...All I have are memories, photos and stories, it's not enough but it will have to do. I'm reminded everyday of the lose of my mother but today is the worst day of all.
