Got fed sleeping pills by Caleb, and Dr. Zayne spent the whole night making phone calls…

I don’t dare to imagine how anxious this little pear must have been behind the screen full of missed calls.

I know the main story lines are a little broken, but I know Zayne would’ve turned Skyhaven upside down if he thought MC was in trouble :( if he knew what had happened AND who did it ??? The angst n betrayal practically writes itself.

Now I want to see Zayne and Caleb interact… to have Zayne witness not only the seeming revival of his childhood friend, but also come face to face with the dark man lurking under that boyish facade. Mmph the tension is just so good I’m already itching to write it.
