Venus fly trap (Dionaea muscipula). A carnivorous plant that's native to North and South Carolina (USA). The plant's traps (modified leaves) have tiny trigger hairs, once triggered the trap snaps shut. Each plant's trap can close 3 to 4 times before it dies. So please, don't go around poking at them. Probably most of you have already seen the meme about a spooky-looking therapy pony. So here's my version of it. I've stared at the pony for so long that it started looking kinda cute A4, watercolour, ink, 2021
Asian golden cat (Catopuma temminckii). Native to Southeast Asia, China and the northeastern Indian subcontinent. The species' fur colour can vary from ginger, red, brown, black to grey. They are also known as fire cats or fire tigers in Thailand. Depending on the fur colour, they are known as yellow leopards, rock cats, sesame leopards (spotted) or inky leopards (black) in China. “In 2008, the IUCN classified Asian golden cats as Near Threatened, stating that the species comes close to qualifying as Vulnerable due to hunting pressure and habitat loss, since Southeast Asian forests are undergoing the world's fastest regional deforestation.” .
