Dinner: Large salad + mint tea + small portion of pasta (175kcal)
Late night snack: Raspberry herbal tea+ rice cakes + houmous + 3 dates + peanut butter (300kcal)

Winter Holidays D!et (500kcal)
Breakfast: Black coffee with cinnamon (if I have work that day I also eat an apple)
Lunch: lemon water + vitamin gummies + carrot sticks/cucumber sticks
Afternoon snack: Green tea
Dinner: First eat large bowl of salad with water. After that I can eat whatever I want as long as it fits onto a tiny plate. (Max 400c@l) e.g dates, crackers with hummus, cheese, dark chocolate squares. Small pieces of whatever food you were craving during the day.
