Introducing Asala

So this is a small amount of background info on a character I roleplayed with that I am trying to transition to online. I’m new to this, so any pointers or advice would be great!

Asala Ashkaari is a philosopher under the Qun. He is 8 ft tall, with a pale grey complexion. He has spent most of his time in Par Vollen studying with many Ashkaari to better understand the teachings of Koslun. He believes deeply in the Qun and wants desperately to save the south.

He spends most of his time with Viddathari, those who converted to the Qun but are not Qunari, in hopes to better understand their plight. He wants to understand the struggle of the other races in Thedas so he can prove that the Qun could solve all issues.

During his trip to Seheron, he witnessed endless amounts of violence between the warring inhabitants. The struggle was a waste of life and purpose among those who only wanted to live their lives. He tried to solve any disputes he could, but the animosity was so prevalent that many  expected duplicitous intent and would not hear him out. Ashkaari decided to head further South and try to reach those with calmer minds.

Knowing that his physique would intimidate many who had never seen a Qunari, he had his horns filed down and wears clothes from the South so to feel more approachable.
