𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞  𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞  𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠  tvd  lore  for  witches,  typically,  there  wouldn’t  be  any  familiars.  but  we’re  not  opposed  to  the  idea  if  we  see  more  people  interested  in  applying  as  familiars  !

  𝐀𝐒𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐘𝐇𝐐𝐒  𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒  𝐘𝐎𝐔…  𝐏𝐋𝐎𝐓  𝐀𝐑𝐂  𝐈.

the  land  of  afrary  had  always  been  one  of  myths  and  legends.  fables  and  untold  stories.  nightmares  and  the  like.  but  what  nightmare  could’ve  driven  out  another  from  their  home  ?

hands  clutch  together  in  search  of  hope  as  they  travel  south  for  the  first  time  in  a  hundred  years.  thick  furs  discarded  as  the  scorching  sun  beams  down  onto  them.  the  dragons  relish  in  the  feeling  of  heat,  having  been  put  away  for  far  too  long.  apprehensive,  they  are,  to  return  to  the  world  of  the  living.

children  tug  at  their  mothers’  skirts,  pointing  to  the  skies.  but  they  think  nothing  of  it,  chalk  it  up  to  their  imagination.  dragon  -  like  shadows  cover  the  grounds  but  people  whisper  excuses.

the  clan,  tired  and  worrisome,  set  up  camp  in  the  center  of  afrary.  in  the  ruins  of  their  ancestors.  where  no  kingdom  has  claimed  the  land.  they  keep  to  themselves,  not  daring  to  present  themselves  to  the  three  kingdoms.  but  travelers  see  them.  for  the  first  time  in  years,  travelers  gaze  upon  dragons.

news  travels  fast  between  the  kingdoms.  word  of  the  dragon  clan’s  return  falling  on  shocked  ears.  the  kingdoms  come  together  to  deliver  a  message.  

a  public  meeting  in  nephria.  the  treaty  shall  hold  for  the  meeting.  all  will  be  present.

basically  !  after  the  dragon  clan  settled  in  the  center  of  afrary,  the  other  kingdoms  decide  to  hold  a  meeting  to  discuss  their  residency.  as  of  now,  most  of  the  dragon  riders  don’t  even  know  why  they’ve  left  their  home.  (  save  for  a  few  who  witnessed  what  happened.  )
