Lupin III - Steal Napoleon's Dictionary!
i still like these guys too
Hat thief!
Ayyy, like, 3 years ago (JEEZ), I made a bunch of Lupin stickers, and now they have their assorted Jigens
the big difference between lupin the third and kaitou kid is that while kaitou kid has the thin veneer of wanting to get revenge for his dad and not really wanting to be a thief, lupin simply enjoys doing crime.
lupin could have all the sad backstory in the world and it wouldn't change the fact that he derives joy from crime. he actively seeks that shit out for seemingly no reason other than doing it. like damn.
Another notable thing is both are drawn to crime by their fathers/the men they emulate but to extremely similar yet parallel degrees.
Where Kaito fell into becoming Kid to avenge Toichi and often states how much he dislikes having to steal and lie to the people he loves just to get answers, Lupin was literally raised to take after the men in his family, because it was assumed and implied that he too would become a great thief like his grandfather/father.
But they both harbor the same kinds of feelings towards injustice/murder (if you ignore manga/early anime Lupin, who was unironically a terrible person. The later anime/incarnations heavily changed him to be more likable and chivalrous, so he lost a lot of the "bite" that would've potentially made him and Kaito polar opposites.)
Also, Lupin loves what he does and wants people to know his name (not dissimilar to Kaito wanting people to know Kid's name and root for him), and while Lupin does regret when things go wrong (like whenever his gang is in trouble, or when Fujiko gets hurt/kidnapped) he ALWAYS ensures that he is smiling through it all, which is the exact same "Poker Face" mentality that Kaito has.
There's so much similar about Lupin and Kaito, but they're also very much creatures born of their family/fathers. The only difference between them is Kaito fears the truth he'll find, but Lupin will accept any truth that makes his life exciting.
They are SO fascinating, and it makes me sad that we never got the Lupin III VS Kaitou Kid movie that was joked about, because I think if you put Lupin and Kaito in a room together, they would be acutely aware that they are both VERY similar and it would either lead to them hating each other, or Lupin becoming utterly enamored by this boy who reminds him of himself.
Some boys and their collective cat
Saw one tweet and just HAD to
I roam the city in a shopping cart ♩♪♫♬ A pack of camels and a smoke alarm ♩♪♫♬
I like drawing comics, and I love every bit of this one! Jigen's posture, the cart's colours, Lupin's faces... Made myself laugh
(Also they are holding hands in the last shot which is cute 'cause Jigen turned which mean he had to intentionally swap hands and Lupin put his hand above so they're really cute thank you for listening to me please tell me I'm not crazy)
God I LOVE how Blaine has developed as a character. He’s wholesome, sincere, charmed AND charming, a touch narcissistic and cocky, romantic, idealistic, unafraid to express his sexuality, sane, old fashioned, ambitious, dramatic, bold, sensitive, feisty and a big old flirt.
He’s just BRILLIANT and so damned watchable.
So this part in I Am Unicorn where Blaine starts off talking in a pretty low register but as he clocks Kurt's concerns about him vs Kurt being seen as more of a 'traditional' masculine lead, he lightens up his voice and talks more like McKinley Blaine rather than Warbler Blaine -- interesting to think about in terms of that shift in personality from S2 to beyond. Blaine's an obvious people-pleaser and code-switcher and while I don't think people (necessarily) required him to change in order to fit in and make them happy, I think he did that anyhow for better or worse.
Can you draw famous!klaine???

I hope this is okk….ty fir this request this was super fun :3
Rachel and Quinn relationship, as a ship, offers an alternative to all this show's official queer relationships, in the sense that we see what happens when the characters ultimately remain closeted. Quinn is clearly a closeted bisexual women (or lesbian) who will never commit to an official relationship (cause it's one thing to have sex twice with a woman and for some of your friends to know about it, but it's another thing to have real official relationships in society with people of the same sex as you, let's be honest), and Rachel is a bisexual girl who isn't aware of it (or actually, given what she said to Kurt in season 1, she might have been aware of it, but since she never knew about Quinn, we know the rest of the story). For me, it's obvious that they represent each other's unfulfilled, mutual love. They were just too scared. Quinn too afraid to accept herself. Rachel was too scared to try for nothing. All the hints and hidden subtext surrounding their relationship are pretty obvious.
And I even think that this relationship must have been considered at some point, given all the subtext. But given the era in which Glee was made, queer representation of a main character was practically impossible for many shows (even Buffy couldn't make Buffy character officially bisexual beyond the subtext). So, for representation, they gave us what they could with the secondary characters, particularly Brittany & Santana and Kurt & Blaine officially, whereas they only gave the subtext to the heroine of their story. Also, even if my favorite ship for Rachel is indeed Quinn, I still like Jesse & Rachel. I think they're underrated. They're a really good romance, in my opinion better than the one between Rachel & Finn. And it makes sense that Rachel doesn't end up single. She was a deep romantic. And so the idea that she ends up alone forever because her first two loves couldn't be with her is too depressing and unrealistic. Jesse was the perfect choice if it wasn't Finn or Quinn.
Guys this is the ULTIMATE blessing for that SEBLAINE VIRAL TIKTOK 😭🛐💕
