why the fuck is aladdin a chav?
you know when you go see a musical and then you leave the theatre and your life is meaningless
Some of y'all following me were literally born in the 2000s (and no this is not going to be one of those awful 90s kids are better rants) but I know from personal experience that as teenagers, you don’t really understand exactly how young you are. Like I literally babysat kids your age. And I want to remind y'all that I am an adult. And there are lots of adults on this website. And if any adult, even an 18 year old, comes on to you or makes you feel uncomfortable in any way, you are 100% within your rights to report it, and please please please don’t let yourself fall for their lines of “oh you’re very mature for your age” or some shit because I promise you that no matter what, to someone my age, you are a CHILD, and they’re preying on you. Your safety is important, so please exercise caution in all your online interactions
Cannot stress this enough. And if y'all think this post is bullshit go on Reddit and type in r/relationships. Literally hundreds of posts DAILY of young folk feeling trapped in a relationship with someone because they fell for the big age gap and the “you’re so mature for your age” cliché
Be safe out here, y'all. If someone starts trying to push up on you you have every right to block them or call them out or whatever you need to do to feel safe. Your safety is more important than a predators feelings.
YOUR SAFETY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN A PREDATORS FEELINGS!!!!!

Because I have to cry every so often for a living, I find it mortifying if it spills over into my daily life, now I haven’t really managed to do it for years. I’d probably cry if I got a splinter or something. I fell off my bicycle a couple of years ago and almost burst into tears. Mm. And I almost cried, recently in New York, because it was so cold. So, physical things bring tears to my eyes more readily than emotional pain.

You always say we should never stop being curious, to always open any curiosity door we find. Why are you keeping this curiosity door locked?
“Whatever was the center point of that shot had to be in the center of frame. In the faster cutting that [George Miller] has got your eye won’t have to shift on an Anamorphic frame, won’t have to shift to find the next subject when you’ve only got 1.8 seconds of time to do that. That theory of not having to move your eyes and being able to fast cut and it just goes bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, takes you into it, and the is basically the whole of the film. All we would hear all the time on the coms was George [Miller] saying “PUT THE CROSS-HAIRS ON HER NOSE! PUT THE CROSS-HAIRS ON HER NOSE!” and you put the cross-hairs on Charlize [Theron]’s nose. You didn’t offset to grab any of the information in the background, the camera had to be in the center, it was very disciplined that way, everything is symmetrical.” - John Seale, DoP Symmetry in Mad Max: Fury Road // 2015
