The Difference of Cialis and Viagra
Cialis and Viagra are both PDE5 inhibitors used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED).
Cialis is the brand name for tadalafil and Viagra is the brand name for sildenafil.
Both only work when a man is sexually aroused. Cialis lasts for around 36 hours compared with only 4 to 5 hours for Viagra. Food does not affect the activity of Cialis, whereas food may decrease the effectiveness of Viagra. Cialis can be used once daily, at a smaller dosage, and is also effective at treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). 1. Difference in Work Time
Cialis generally works within 16 to 45 minutes, and its activity is not affected by food. Viagra generally works within 30 minutes, and its effect may be diminished if taken soon after a high fat meal . For this reason, Viagra is best taken on an empty stomach.
Effectiveness of all PDE5 inhibitors is similar; although reported effectiveness of Viagra, at 84% is slightly higher than that of Cialis at 81%. However, more men prefer Cialis because of its longer duration of effect.

Cialis can be taken on an as needed basis, or daily. Generally, daily dosages are smaller than as needed doses. Typically, Cialis is taken as a 10mg starting dose, prior to sexual activity. Do not take more than one dose a day but your doctor may consider an increase in dosage from 2.5 to 5mg if ineffective. Side effects of Cialis include headache and indigestion.
Viagra is taken on an as needed basis, at a dose of 50mg, approximately 1 hour before sexual activity (although can be taken from 30 minutes to 4 hours before). The dose may be increased to 100mg if 50mg is ineffective or decreased to 25mg if side effects are intolerable. Viagra should only be taken once a day even though the effects wear off after approximately 4-5 hours. The main side effects are headache, flushing and indigestion. Rarely, color perception may be altered with Viagra. This side effect does not happen with Cialis.

Natural vitamins are not better than synthetic vitamins. A common mistake made not only by the general public but also by many fitness professionals as well is that vitamins made in nature are superior to synthetically-made vitamins. The fact is that the chemical structure of synthetic and natural vitamins is basically identical. Vitamins and minerals in supplements are synthetic forms of the nutrients. In other words, synthetic vitamin C looks the same as natural vitamin C. This means that your body cannot tell the difference between them. And most supplements now contain more natural vitamin E, so it is well absorbed in pill form. For absorption to occur, a pill must dissolve and disintegrate.
Fact #2. Soy can help reduce cholesterol levels.
soy contains phytoestrogens, so it may help cholesterol levels but most have no idea how much might help. If you like to eat protein before exercise, that’s fine. Just remember to also eat some protein (and carbs) preferably within 30 to 60 minutes after exercise to get the best results. Fact #7. The government does regulate supplements. It’s often stated that the US government doesn’t regulate supplements. In reality, it does, but the regulations are different than those used for medications. The government has a very lengthy definition to describe what can and cannot be called a “supplement.” While this does allow for a wide range of products to be sold, the definition does have limits. For example, some hormones are not permitted to be sold as supplements. Another stipulation is that supplement companies cannot make specific claims that a product can treat or cure any diseases or conditions. Doing so might confuse people and make the product appear to be like a drug. In contrast, supplement labels can list what are called structure/function claims. So the more food people are eating, the more vitamins they tend to eat as well. Fact #10. Even if you eat a healthy diet, you might still benefit from supplements. Sometimes people email me and ask, “Do I need supplements if I eat well”? It turns out that the answer appears to depend on who you are. Research shows that some supplements may benefit certain groups of people when used above what is normally consumed in a typical diet.
