     A rattling hiss echoes through the salty air, pushing the crew of lesser-minded skellies away from the visitor to the fortress. Skeletal fingers flex, an arc of magic between digits as the taller skellie approaches.      She says nothing at first, merely a burning stare to command the reason why this fleshie is bothering her. . . . had better be a good reason for him to being on the fortress, otherwise he will be leaving as a corpse.

     They can smell it. A scent that lingers when problems are caused. . . one that they know well being one who spreads chaos wherever they go. It draws the large skeleton, a low growling chuckle rises from their skull as a haunting sound. Searching for the source as each their steps stomp against the ground.       “ That is a reeking scent of chaos. . . Hardly something a mortal fleshie could make. . . ” There is no annoyance in the Warden's tone -- only excitement and a hint of curiosity. Who else would have that clinging to them?

Humerus has the tendency to call his mates / those he gets along with really well random pet names. Not like 'honey' or 'dear' but things that leave them completely baffled. Although, he was that way with people pre-brainwashing. He'd come up with the strangest nicknames for people just to get them confused / get a reaction Such as these ( which as well, that is his face claim and voice before becoming skellie )

     Chi is non-binary, they/them, panromantic but has a leaning towards women, demisexual with no leaning but can by hypersexual with those they get close with

     Flameheart is male, he/they, gray-biromantic with a leaning towards aromantic and men, gray-bisexual with leaning towards Horatio men

     Ruth is female, she/her, panromantic with no leaning, and pansexual with no leaning

     Duchess is female, she/it, aromantic, and graysexual with heavy leaning towards asexual.

"A day past my expected arrival is a fairly minor delay, all things considered." She doesn't like being late, but it couldn't have been avoided, all things considered. Despite Duchess' words Addy keeps her cards close to the chest for the moment. "I got another message that caught my attention. It was pressing." It had been cryptic, and she's still trying to wrap her mind around it, admittedly. Part of why she isn't quick to give details.

"And I still have the supplies you requested I bring." Addy is many things, but for the people she's loyal to, she's generally true to her word.

     Duchess is one to have patience, unlike other skeletal lords -- something she got after splitting from her old captain and when a certain skellie decided to seek her out and learn magic from her. Still, waiting a whole day is enough to grow irritation in her marrow.

     There is a rattling growl out of her, “ Well despite the tardiness you're still more reliable than some. . . ” a hint of curiosity does rise in her skull -- what could this other message be? Although, that is only really secondary compared to what she initially brought the only fleshie she can stand to her fortress.       “ Will this message you receive interrupt your ability to complete my tasks. . .? ” A straight-forward question.

in modern times Flameheart would 100% listen to bands like Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Journey, Metallica, ACDC. Find this old man listening to rock and metal. Loving when people take shanties and turn them metal, singing those songs as he does things around his estate.

     There are a few skellies about the fortress, growling and chittering as the fleshie is on the island. . . watching before they go quiet as their leader pulls herself out of the sand.

     “ Finally showing up. . . ” Duchess gives one last hiss at the lesser skellies to get them to go away. Annoying pests, “ You had best have a good reason for taking so long. ” Took far too long of a nap while waiting, a groggy feeling clinging to her bones.
