Wow it's been a while since l've been on here. Last week i got a notification that my blog was 14 years old and a lot has certainly changed in that time.

When I started this blog, I wasn't sure that I would live this long, let alone be living my dream life.

Just a few years ago I was a single, unemployed, lonely lesbian living with my parents in a country town. Now, I live in Sydney, I'm a lawyer, I'm married and have a home that I share with my amazing wife and my adorable dog - I never thought this was possible.

I'm not sure what I am aiming to achieve with this post except to say, it really can get better, beyond your wildest dreams.
