Have I ever told y’all how much I love having a mentally ill mother. It’s so great. -1000/10 highly recommend. The multiple attempts. The answering “I don’t know” or “it doesn’t matter” to even the most basic questions. Having to treat her like a child and then getting criticized for treating her like a child. And people wonder why I don’t want kids. I’m pretty sure she has early onset dementia from the electro therapy she tried. Trying to keep my parents marriage together because she literally has nowhere to go if they’re not together. Some days I want to disappear but I know that if I didn’t live with them she wouldn’t be around for long. I didn’t even have friends to get me out of the house I just go to work and stress then come home and stress more. I’ve been living like this for 6 years but I honestly can’t remember what life was like before. That girl doesn’t even exist anymore and that’s sad because I really liked her.

Someone me put me in charge of a major project that I volunteered for that has a huge budget like even thinking about the number gives me anxiety and I’m trying so hard not to fuck it up but I’m going to need anxiety meds or to start drinking if I’m going to survive this and after this project is done I’m supposed to just do it again and I might have another slightly smaller project that starts before the first one is even half done.
