okay but seriously... they've set up the season that adrien would be disappointed but not surprised that gabriel is hawkmoth.

they're gaslighting him into thinking his dad was a good person when adrien knows he wasn't. with the way they've written him so far, he's going to be more upset with the people he loves lying to him rather than what the truth actually is.

but they've kind of written adrien more emotionally mature than everyone else at the same time? so he could be pissed but also understand that they were trying to protect him??

BUT we have also seen that adrien WILL react with absolute fury in some situations.

In conclusion: I really have no idea how they'll make Adrien react. The end.
