these people love to act like all trans women are white and all trans men are white and all nonbinary people are white and so forth. and this simply isn’t true. there are plenty of trans people out there who are black, indigenous, et cetera. we just don’t want to hang out with you because you’re dipshits.

every day i see a vocal contingent of white trans people on here insisting that criticizing racism within the trans community is a psyop, or a distraction, or a threat. and every day i hear my trans friends of colour confess along the lines of feeling alienated from other trans people, worrying that they don’t have community to fall back on, like they don’t belong. and that makes me really sad.

everyday I hear people including very progressive folks use "men" and "women" as stand-ins for male & female-assumed folks. or basically just the corresponding genitalia because whatever they're talking about is never that broad. And I just. 🫩🫩🫩🫩🫩🫩🫩🫩🫩🫩🫩 make using and encouraging inclusive sex/gender-variant language normalized in more spaces please I'm fucking begging. because lord knows if you say Now "hey actually it isn't just (wo)men who experience this you'd be more accurate saying XYZ" (ex. "people with (body part)/people who (experience)" language) you'll get goofballs saying you're a woke idiot or something because you don't play along with the erroneous, and frankly patriarchal, generalization of language
