Nonbinary ≠ "Gender Neutral"
Nonbinary ≠ Genderless
Nonbinary ≠ Non-female/Non-male
Nonbinary ≠ AFAB
Nonbinary ≠ Transmasc
Nonbinary = Nonbinary. Stop assuming things about people's gender based on one broad term. Nonbinary people can be any of the things listed above, but they aren't inherently those things as many assume.
Nonbinary people can be transmasc, transfem, transneutral, they may be intersex, maybe they're agender, maybe, maybe, maybe. It's all a "could be" until they specify, because you don't know how someone else experiences THEIR gender.

people saying exorsexism isn't as important as other types of transphobia because "people won't treat it seriously, so you won't be as oppressed if you just pass as one or the other" or "it's silly enough that the most you're getting is people saying you're confused", which is bad on its own
but then when you DO experience a type of discrimination that aligns with a gendered term, suddenly it's also not the correct one because "you aren't that gender!!". So you can't win either way

Not everyone who is a woman is a non-man, and not everyone who is a man is a non-woman. Some people's genders aren't non-anything. Sit on that and nurture it and let it hatch and grow up to be a healthy worldview love and peace on planet earth

transmisogyny isn't 'girl transphobia' but also transmascs can't use that term ever. transfems are hypervisible but also transmascs are the 'default' trans. transmascs are lazy whining children but they're also running every lgbtq+ society on earth. society is systematically transphobic but also sees trans men as men and gives them male privilege. people afab can fall back on their agab for privilege but people amab never can.

I'm all for "separate the art from the artist!!" but that doesn't work if they're alive yknow? Especially when they are actively funding anti-trans organizations and harming trans people. You cannot support the lgbtqia+ community and continue to watch the Harry Potter movies and/or the new show, play Hogwarts legacy or any other Harry Potter related game or do anything that gives JKR profit. By giving her profit you are supporting her funding of anti-trans organizations and more.
