cute date idea: we stargaze and you kiss my nose. we make up our own constellations

michael’s the type to get really excited for the first snow. he’d force a big sweater on you and grab a blanket as if that would make it any less cold and drag you outside where he insisted on watching the snowflakes fall elegantly from the gray sky. and you’d laugh at all his little remarks that he’d read about snowflakes like “every snowflake has six sides. don’t ask me why, they just do” and “did you know that there are no identical snowflakes? each one is individual and unique. just like you” and he’d place a small kiss on your nose as the two of you lay in the freezing grass all huddled up together. the sound of his steady heartbeat would thump in your ears as the two of you gather what heat you could from each other, your frozen fingers interlocked and being held against michael’s lips as he puffs hot air against them. and you’d watch the ground get more and more blanketed in snow until after a few minutes of peaceful silence michael would say “babe, i don’t know about you, but my nipples could cut glass right now.” earning a hearty laugh and a slap on the chest
