This is me officially recommending the manhwa Something About Us. It is amazing. It is the best romance I have ever read. It is childhood friends to lovers.

Genuinely the pacing and the characters are so well written, even the side ones. It’s so very realistic and it’s the best depiction of falling in love and how you deal with it I’ve ever seen.

The best part is the female mc. She’s so independent and strong but also caring and empathetic. Of course she has her ups and downs but it makes her so human and so likeable. The way she deals with situations and misunderstands is again so realistic and she’s the best depiction of a female lead I’ve ever read!! She’s my new role model.

The male lead is so cute and the way he feels and treats the mc is so sweet. There are, like, no red flags. Of course, he also has flaws but they’re discussed and sorted out HEALTHILY between the couple!!! His own story and side plot is so interesting and sweet.

If anyone has any recs for manhwa just like it I’d love to read them!! I’m so sad I finished it~~
