This wedding thing isn’t so bad, got the color scheme down- the date, venue, and hopefully soon the dress~ As much as I bitch about it, it’s pretty helpful to have Jesse’s mom around to give her…. strong opinion on it all. I don’t know how, but she knows the best catering, cake places, floral services here in the city, and she lives in another damn state. Jesse is getting a collection of pictures of my reactions to the things that come out of that womans mouth, and they’re pretty priceless. 

But yup, things are going pretty fucking well– the construction on the shelter is thriving, we should be ready to decorate and furnish the place by winter, it’s school season so I have speaking gigs every month now, and I do feel the need to fill you guys in on this because it seems as if I’m never around anymore. Not dead, just on the grind~
