Actually, the American accent is older than the British accent. After they lost the American Revolutionary War, the British decided to change their accents. I learned this from my older sister. So, yeah, the question should be, "Did England have an American accent until the Revolutionary War?" and the answer would be yes.

Unless you are speaking about original native languages from the land, it's impossible USA's could be older than British.

In my headcanon, northamerican, centreamerican and latinamerican countries (Brazil too), had original native names and spoke native languages, before europeans came. After them, the whole continent became new again, with the mixture of cultures.
