I belong to the indigenous Guarani people, and our religion has always received many negative comments or has been the object of ridicule. We don't need temples or carved idols; our religion is deeply spiritual. To honor God, we organize dances on the land, but people have always mocked us. Our religion focuses a lot on nature, because our people have always been in contact with it. Our God only manifests himself through nature and the cosmos, and that, along with the fact that our religion doesn't have a name, seems dumb to everyone else.
We also often face ridicule because for us, words are sacred. In our religion, words came before the universe. "The word is God for the Guarani. When we say something, God comes out through our mouths in small portions. People often insult someone when they don't speak, but the Guarani don't speak when they have nothing to say, because the word is sacred."
This is anti religion and indigemisia.
Peoples fucking racism against indigenous practices with never fail to astound me. Honestly, I think the way you worded it was incredibly beautiful. 💗

so we all know as fantasy writers that you need to google your made up words before you start using them.
