~Closed Starter For @ask-artemis-the-rabbit​ ~

A flash of light burst throughout the forest surrounding the castle ruins, Chaos Energy cracking within the vicinity as a black hedgehog appeared out of nowhere. With a soft “Hmph”, the hedgehog tossed a green emerald in the air, catching it, before tucking it away as his gaze shifted towards the nearby castle… “Soleanna…But why does this place feel so…Familiar?” He pondered…He felt as though he had seen this place, somewhere…But when? It was like grasping at memories that had been ripped from his mind…Or had they ever existed to begin with? It didn’t matter, not for now…Shadow was here on a mission.

His Air Shoes flared up, as he made his way to the ruins. G.U.N. had recorded odd readings of what seemed to be some sort of Chaos Energy appearing sporadically in the surrounding areas…Last spotted in the ruins of “Kingdom Valley”, the historical home of Soleanna’s royal family. His mission was simple, track down the source of it all…The rest was left to his judgement…The Ultimate Lifeform carefully made his way through the castle, occasionally stopping to admire the long abandoned relics of what once was…While being sure to keep his eye out for anyone that could potentially relate to his mission.

Shadow’s traversal of the ruins were no longer aimless…He could feel an odd abundance of Chaos Energy…Not all that different from the energy his own body emitted. Could it be an emerald? No…Something was different…He slowly made his way towards the source, that feeling growing larger and larger as he drew closer…He heard a voice, asking something about an emerald… “I was going to ask the same thing…But there’s more pressing concerns I’d have to address, first.” He spoke calmly, a low tone that just bordered on the fine line between formal, and threatening. The black hedgehog stood at the entryway, arms crossed, and gaze focused on her and the emerald…Something felt…off…Sure, she was holding an emerald…But the Chaos energy felt a lot more intense than just a single emerald…

“That strange feeling…It’s Chaos Energy, isn’t it?”

"You must be questioning about myself. Yes...the power I hold is an immense amount of Chaos Energy." Artemis held her tongue. She didn't want to be rude but this hedgehog guy was giving her bad vibes.

"Jeez, lighten up. Do you frown all the time?" She sweated with a resting poker face.

"Anyway, I'm Artemis the Rabbit. You can call me Artemis." She spoke coldly.

An aqua green rabbit was walking around the castle ruins. She was investigating the ruins for herself since she thought it was so interesting.

Her crystal flew around with each step. She had an amazing amount of Chaos Control within her, even without a Chaos Emerald in hand. Who was she, exactly?

You may find that out soon.

Suddenly, the rabbit's ears perked up! Footsteps.

There was nowhere to hide so she was examining a Chaos Emerald she found.

"Where did this Chaos Emerald come from?" The rabbit asked to herself.
