-C was doing what he needs to do when it comes to what he needs to be able to help Soot, even get more information in general if possible. Sure, he could have done things quickly with his abilities but, he preferred to do things like how anyone else would do without making things be very easy to both do and obtain. Other than that, as long as things go well, it shouldn’t be necessary to use his abilities for too many things.-

After looking some stuff up, he would come across some information and learn he needed a level 3 license, which requires him to have an enclosed area resistant to common anomalous abilities, be able to control a disobedient anomaly, and have access to one or more methods of discipline. He could get this in an exam hosted at various adoption centers. Luckily, the one they looked at earlier had it available as a drop-in option.

-C seemed to be paying attention to her actions as he waited patiently, raising a brow a tad bit, although not exactly satisfied with the results but having to let that pass this time, seeing that was enough to proceed with the next step to obtain what he needs. When it was time to follow her, he did so, making sure to see his surroundings and not lose track of her. A low yet quiet hum escaped from Arius at the sight of said glass and upon seeing Jane’s actions, he did a nod of understanding and headed to stand where he is supposed to be. C gazed around for a bit, then at what seemed to be moving, spotting the anomaly once they were visible which to his surprise, they were another bombhead. “Huh..So there can be more bombheads in an AU. This could be a possibility for there to be potential dangers to humanity but considering how..things are quite different here, I suppose it wouldn’t be their fault. After all, they shouldn’t be treated poorly nor like ‘pets’. Although, I’m not quite sure myself of how to treat them myself, assuming the ppl from here wouldn’t take it well. Hm..” C pondered, letting out a few thoughtful hums as he approached the lil bombhead slowly, only to then kneel down (or well- if she is small/has to do that to be less tall-), careless about her behavior towards him. He then showed her his right palm as if trying to keep things calm, or perhaps showing that he won’t cause any harm without having to use words.-

-C managed to say, perhaps keeping his words short enough to sound more like orders instead of questions. Of course, this was improvisation. C didn’t really..know what to do nor say in this kind of situations at all when it comes to doing something differently, more when he doesn’t really like nor wish to treat any anomalies such a bad way the habitants of this world does, which it’d be a reason for him to have a few small sweats on right cheek even if they can’t be seen. However, that..didn’t really matter. What matters, is to help the one he put under his care, and whoever he can. Even if he has to take care of more anomalies, he can always manage to find ways to do so.-

Jane raises an eyebrow at this, jotting something down.

The anomaly stills, brow furrowing in confusion. Weird guy this time… Never been called little before. She sits, watching him with trepidation.

“Scenario One: Your anomaly has refused orders. Put it in its place.”

The bomb tenses and gives him a defiant glare. Alright fucker let’s see your acting skills.

-C kept his gaze focused on the anomaly, watching their behavior and actions, part of him half expecting something bad to happen. Though, upon hearing what Jane said and seeing how the bomb reacted, C took a small breath. “Act. Don’t lose time.” He thought, closing his hands into tight fists after he stood up to fix his position for this. He..knew well that this will leave him as a liar by the ‘no harm’, as he shall make things look real.-

Oh? So you dare to refuse my orders..

-He spoke somewhat lowly, tone showing a hint of anger and annoyance. Soon enough, C opened his hands and went straight to grab the bomb by her neck- or well, anywhere he can grab if there isn’t a neck- and lifted her up, holding the anomaly in the air with enough strength to cause enough damage, but nothing too bad. He stared at the bomb, glaring and keeping her like that for now.-

You DON’T have a choice. You are still here thanks to ME. And this is how you pay me?

-C huffed in annoyance, the hold tightening a bit more.-

You are my pet, Got it? You are nothing without me. So you better follow my orders! Or else..

-He added as he moved his free hand behind himself under his first clothes (?), acting as if he has a gun or something there, it being followed by him grinning under his mask.-

..I will make your life be hell. All of your friends..a n y o n e, who dares to help you, any family you may have..I will make sure they will suffer. Just for your actions. So you better start obeying me if you care for your and their life. ..You don’t know what I’m capable of doing.

-He finished that, sounding like he was..being genuine, for it to be a threat and warning to put them back in their place. And just like that, C dropped the anomaly to the ground, moving his hand away from where he placed it only to rest his hands in his pockets.-

Sure, he could try to be less formal and all but- hm..he might as well leave it to the luck and improvise as things happen. Once he was inside the building, what seemed to be a teen with a mask gazed around for a moment, taking what could be a decent amount of time to have a good look at the appearance of the place and possible ppl and/or workers, too. Afterwards, he headed to the receptionist (?) and stood where he is supposed to stand.-

Hello, I’d like to take the exam to get a license. Is this the place where I can get one of those?

-He spoke calmly and formal enough, wording that however he could.-

The main room was average in size, with a seating area to the left with a light brown carpet and wooden chairs. There was a small desk at the back of the room, with a door on either side. There was also a door to the right, labeled ‘employees only’.

The workers were generally bored or disinterested, some with customer service faces on. One was talking to another person, but the person at the front desk was unoccupied. She nodded. “You mean the anomaly license, correct? What level are you interested in?”

-The place was..nice, to put it simply. Perhaps, he could try to create a room with some things based off on some things he sees from the buildings someday, or maybe get someone else to do that. As for the ones who work here, perhaps they don’t have much to do but at least they do their work, which that’s good.-

-C answered the first question, speaking kind of fast at first along with his tone showing excitement. Upon noticing so, he took a brief moment of silence, in part to make him look as if he had to think for a bit before he can answer the other question.-

-He added, this time being back to how he first spoke as well as sticking to answering the questions, nothing more nothing less at all.-

She looked him over for a split second, nodding, “I’ll need your ID then, to verify your age.”

-C said as he checked his left pocket then right, taking what seemed to be a brown wallet then opening, soon taking the ID and handing it to her. Of course, he had to improvise all and do it with the help of his abilities, but it should be good.-

She looked it over and nodded, paging another employee. “Alright, someone will be out in a moment to administer your test.” And, a few minutes later, another woman walked out of the leftmost door. “Hello, I’m Jane, I will be your test administrator today. Please follow me.” She led him into the hall, to another, much smaller room. Inside was a few desks and a spot for the admin to sit. She took out a stack of papers and handed them to him, along with a pen, directing him to one of the desks and taking her seat.

He gazed around the new place for a bit, surprised to see such a small place for an exam. Without losing time, he went straight to separate the first paper from the rest and place that one in front of himself onto the desk, reading what’s on said page while keeping all organized. Of course, Arius would read and answer wherever he has to do that then place the first paper next to the others, only to then proceed to grab the next one and do the same thing. This would repeat until the stack of papers is finished, probably taking a decent amount of time to finish all, even a bit more to change the papers of place to how they were handed to him before he could finally hand them back to Jane and wait for what could possibly come next.-

The main room was average in size, with a seating area to the left with a light brown carpet and wooden chairs. There was a small desk at the back of the room, with a door on either side. There was also a door to the right, labeled ‘employees only’.

The workers were generally bored or disinterested, some with customer service faces on. One was talking to another person, but the person at the front desk was unoccupied. She nodded. “You mean the anomaly license, correct? What level are you interested in?”

-C was doing what he needs to do when it comes to what he needs to be able to help Soot, even get more information in general if possible. Sure, he could have done things quickly with his abilities but, he preferred to do things like how anyone else would do without making things be very easy to both do and obtain. Other than that, as long as things go well, it shouldn’t be necessary to use his abilities for too many things.-

After looking some stuff up, he would come across some information and learn he needed a level 3 license, which requires him to have an enclosed area resistant to common anomalous abilities, be able to control a disobedient anomaly, and have access to one or more methods of discipline. He could get this in an exam hosted at various adoption centers. Luckily, the one they looked at earlier had it available as a drop-in option.

What seemed to be a red panda was wandering around this unknown’s city, trying to not get any attention from the ppl nor be in too much danger as well as trying to stay in the dark. Her back’s fur and tail seemed to be arched, but regardless that, she was trying to find food for herself and to give to her friends too, including shiny items and/or anything else she thinks they will like.

Mysterion was just kinda on his daily patrol around this city. By now, he was leaning against a wall, with his arms crossed. He hasn't dealt with anything so far. Kinda boring.

He was about to just walk back to his house, before he spotted a..Red panda? Huh. He blinked for a moment. As the small animal walked past him, he spoke for a moment.

" Are you lost there, bud? "

Scarlet seemed to be..a bit wary? of the child, although that’s mainly because she wasn’t exactly..fond of humans, or at all. All she knew is that there are bad and good ones, but also very bad ones. She didn’t likey.. She shook her head at first, soon speaking hesitantly yet somewhat low. “Mrr..Am fine..” It was all she said for now, it possibly being clear that she was expecting something bad to happen. Honestly, Mysterion had no idea on why he was asking this. I guess he just needed something to talk about. He didn't really want any awkward silence. That would be weird.
