If my father did everything he could, Jaime might reach King’s Landing in whole. I know, he told me that he did his best, but I’m not that sure. When Catelyn Stark kidnapped the Imp, he started a war, when Robb Stark captured Jaime, he was sitting in a chair and was writing some letters. 

First of all, I want to see the head of the man who did this to him. Separated from his body, of course. And after that… I don’t know. With or without his right hand, he’s still Jaime. At least I hope so…

I just wanted to say that I would be cool if the rumors about your twin brother and you were true. You seem perfect for each other, after all, you were born into this world together. I wish the rest of the realm could see it would be great if you two were to rule together. With regards, your faithful subject.

Still everyone is talking about my relation with Jaime like it would be an uncommon thing in Westeros. Like it would be some kind of sickness.
