Squid Ink’s head shot up instantly as they caught sight of the newly appeared cookie, something about seemed uncanny as they stared at them. An uncertainty filled their stomach at the thought of approaching the new cookie, but barely anyone visited from within the waters dept.

Swimming up to the cookie they tried their best to not scare them away.

“Ah…hello? I saw-”

Their sentence cuts off as they get a closer look at the cookie, shock overtaking their voice as a twinge of recognition fills their eyes. Something still seems off though….

“Peppermint…?!”
