It was about time Moon suggested to update the pinned post. This is far more organized and thorough. Which is no surprise given I was part of the development process this time.

Blog update regarding indefinite hiatus

Things have been very busy for me IRL with managing college and a family member’s health complications. Within the past year, these health complications have gotten worse, and unfortunately, things will not improve. So my family and I have been focusing on coping with things. I have been having a difficult time emotionally and mentally, so I’ve been very inactive with hobbies, despite wanting to use them as distractions and coping mechanisms. 

Anyway, I cannot say I will be back here consistently, as you have seen; that’s just not possible given my IRL situation. For now, the blog is under “indefinite hiatus”. I’ll be coming and going as much as my mental health state can manage, checking the inbox, and maybe posting something. The inbox is not closed, you’re welcome to send things, spam stuff if you’d like, I will get to things at a slow pace. I apologize in advance for taking a long time for things. There is a chance that if you sent something before this post, Tumblr might have deleted it. Not sure why it does that. I assume it’ll continue to do that, so if your message ever gets lost in the future, you probably won’t see a response to it whenever I manage to be on; again, you’re welcome to send more.

I continue to be grateful for blog interactions. I love seeing people who love Charles & Faust because I really love them too.

28 Days Of Faust Propaganda

Faust birthday is on february 29th, but 2026 is not a leap year and february only has 28 days... so this one is gonna do for now, I promise I'm gonna do a different one for leap year.

Wanted to do a propaganda game like this since long ago for my own fun. I'm guilty of pulling this out of nowhere and without warning so I didn't do a proper PR campaign to see if more people wanted to join, but still feel free to reblog, share or repost if you want to play.

Day 25. His influence in you

Otra vez toca ventanearse 🪟

For me he was like a buoy I was desperately holding with all my might in the turbulent sea that was 2024-2025. He was really that solid anchor keeping me on place. I was spending so many hours at the office so he was keeping me company in my mind.

It really is a force that was motivating me to keep going. I sometimes wondered what he would thought about me if he saw me in the many situations I faced at that time. The only person that really cared was my friend Amy and she said all sounded pretty complicated hahaha.

It also really helped me the influence of @ask-ikevamp-faust but I don't think admi knows how important it was to me, maybe is just a little too late. It was another force that was keeping me going forward. It made me reflect about myself and realize new things about me. It was all really positive stuff. On december 13th I was looking at the sky standing at the velódromo and thinking that I'm going to miss admi with all my heart.

All I know is that every time I have a chance to talk about Faust or do something fun about him, it feels like injecting myself with a shot of adrenaline. He is just the instant kick I need and I'm ready to jump! No matter how tired I'm. Only problem is that I keep straining my body and putting myself at the limit every time this happens. This month in general I was tired because of this hahaha.

Another thing is that he made me feel more firm about my own personal believes, specially my feminist politics. I feel a big need to question our current world, to question our current culture, to always question everything. I try to carry many important thoughts in my pocket to wield like a weapon in case I need them. Feel a need to be as sharp as him. More intuitive. More awake. To be someone who answers more to logic and reason. To be very critical. To observe the world, to feel it, to stay true to myself. To stay open mind as always.

He always going to inspire me because he really wanted to change the world for good in his own way and is very compasionate, and I think we can really change the world. Change doesn't come today or tomorrow, but is going to happen slowly, we're not going to be here when change happens, but I hope it happens.

*Chilly night with a golden crescent moon in the sky and she walks alone from work to home. She takes a detour to pass in front of Johann's church closed doors. Slaps a sticky note in one of the doors that reads "Three Mondays before Christmas" and keeps walking direct to home* - @crowmero

The contents of the letter are as follow:

Dear Johann

I was counting the mondays before Christmas, I thought it would be fun, but since I didn't see you or catch notice of you in a long time, I lost hope and stopped counting. I was kinda upset we didn't do any plans for the holidays or exchange a single greeting, so at the end I just ended working during the holidays, and since I didn't get any vacations, that's all I did. I was busy so I just didn't have much time left in my hands and I was unsure to try to find you. Anyway...

Dear Crowmero

My apologies for disappearing. There were some urgent matters to take care of here at the castle and unfortunately it took longer to manage everything than we expected.

I’m here now and things seem to be calm at the moment. As long as there are no emergencies I will continue to be here. However, I cannot make any guarantees for the holidays at the end of this new year, it’s too far in advance to predict. What I can tell you is that I will make more efforts to send holiday greetings, so you don’t experience these feelings you mention.

Don’t forget that you can always send as many letters and notes as you’d like. You’ll receive a response as soon as I’m available.

I’m rather amused by this image. If you ever visit the church when I’m free, make this angry face like the cat, I want to see it.

I prefer your Christmas tree over whatever disaster Charles puts all over the castle. Your tree has a simple and sensitive look to it. However, that could be because I know you made the ribbons by hand, that’s an impressive detail.

You should decorate your tree in a way that feels special to you, I’d prefer to see something unique to you over anything else. But, if my colors feel special to you then I suppose it’s fine.

I’m keeping the picture of your tree… it’s for science purposes. If you make something new by hand next holiday season, I can compare it to these ribbons.

M. le Comte has finished renovating my ballet studio so we have space to do that dance observation you suggested. There’s even a pole installed in the space so we could expand beyond ballet into pole work for your observation if you desired. Did you want me to work through the basic position or was there any specific moves you wanted? Also did you want to see me on pointe?

Beginning with the basics is the best way to start the observation. It will help me understand your more advanced movements later. Let’s save pointe for a different time. I want to see everything without it first, I’ll compare your dancing on pointe after.
