Do you like the corporation of Disney and how do you feel about being owned by Disney?

...Working for Disney...has me feeling a lot of mixed things lately.

I love my job. I love making people happy. I love making people smile. Kids, adults, teenagers, you name it. I've been there for a lot of people. I get to see people at their weddings, I've gotten to hug so many giggly little kiddos, I've been the first some teens have come out of the closet to, believe it or not. I would never have gotten to experience half the things I have, if I didn't work for this company.

But...as of lately, I feel like we...I...haven't been making very many people happy at all. Our movies haven't been doing very well, everything is so absurdly expensive, I haven't been in anything big or significant or not meant for children in...gosh, it's been a while, hasn't it?

I feel like I'm letting people down. I don't have any control over anything that happens in this company, and it hurts, because I don't want people to hate us, hate my friends or myself...and it feels like this company is doing nothing but making that happen.

I think the only shred of positive light lately, is the fact that Oswald is getting a show. He's excited, and I know I'm excited for him. Don't be too hard on him now, he's a little rusty. I just dunno if I've ever seen him so excited for anything!

TLDR; I loved Disney before — I don't like what it's become, and I'm so sorry I can't do anything to make it better.
