I indulgently created a fan animation in an effort to practice animating. "ONI: Thunder God’s Tale" is such a wonderful and BEAUTIFUL show on Netflix 😍 The story and characters are so enchanting and heartfelt. Thank you to the whole crew at Tonko House for creating something so touching. Just ONI: Thunder God’s Tale's Naridon doing a dance challenge to "Just Dance."

Roller skating gesture studies to recharge over the weekend ~ I miss doing these studies, but I’ve just been so emotionally drained 😔 I also miss roller skating... I just haven’t been up to it lately. Work from home... the endless cycle 😭😴😂

Respect to all of the animators out there, your job is so difficult! 😤🙏✨ I am not an animator (I work as a storyboard artist). So this was a trial by fire that tested my patience in ways I didn’t expect. But seeing it all move together is so satisfying! 😭 I intended on adding some lighting cues, but I definitely exhausted my patience for this at the moment.... maybe I’ll come back to it another time. 😅 now I need a nap LOL

Taking a moment to gush about Cardcaptors ✨ it was the first manga I read and one of my favorite shows growing up as a kid. I've always wanted to skate like Sakura, sew/make clothes like Tomoyo. It holds such a special place in my heart. 😭❤️✨ about 20 years later and this show still delights me ✨ some loose doodle breaks in between work

‪ Digimon Adventure 2020 reboot ep 1 was just release! And I couldn't help myself!! Digimon just had such a special place in my heart. ✨ Growing up I loved the show so much that I'd wake up at 6 am to catch it before going off to elementary school. ✨😆‬

Some days are better than other days...

Working from home is such a struggle. There are days when I'm so hyper-focused, I don't stop working. Then there are days when I can barely get any work done. 😔😔 Hope there are more "better" days than the other.

But I'm happy that my room is filled with things that have cherished memories and joys attached to them ~ From fellow artist's works and cute plushy gifts to memorabilia from vacations and favorite books.
