((Roma's rper here! I'd like to apologise for being late, but with so many things to do on my side along with my lazy streak, I've been putting it off. Luckily, my wonderful partner picked up the slack for me and created this masterpiece with her mad skillz. I'm so proud of her for all her hardwork <3))

((Not only that Roma himself is a charmer, my waifu seems to be too. Woah, thank you so much for the roses!! I am indeed very proud of this, it took forever to draw, huff. I hope you all will enjoy it as well. I tried to highlight their height difference but I am afraid Monaco is still a bit too tall *grumbls* I am also very sorry for the late reply, but I'd like you to know that we are happy about every ask and you sure should send us as much as you like!!

"So I had this dream again..." Monamano 1940's AU

This is a RP idea of mine we haven't even implemented yet. It takes place in America, somewhere in the 1940's and is inspired by this song ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FE-PaCvEEaE ). As mentioned, Romano arrives in America in the 1920's as a child and has a rather harsh life in the Mafia. Mona, however, lives in Monaco with her brother and parents in. They are Jewish and decide to leave the country after Mussolini declares war on France and the Italians occupy Monaco ( further information about that are avaiable here: http://notunaforyou.dreamwidth.org/3015.html ). Only her brother (Francis) and her make it in time and emigrate to America, not knowing what happened to their parents. There Mona meets Romano and - guess what - they desperatedly fall in love, much to Francis' chargin. How can she sympathise with an Italian! After all that had happened to their beloved home country and their parents due to Mussolini! Also the Mafia seems to be interested in the well-educated, wealthy Monegasque lady and her relationship to their current Boss, Lovino... I pictured Mona being very interested in a whole lot of things, policy, history, philosophy...But what fascinates her the most are the new theories of a certain gentleman called Sigmund Freud. Romano, plagued by a bunch of strange, dark dreams, tells her about them and she tries intensely to find the meaning behind them. Hah, yes. I am looking forward to this RP.~ <3

Okay, so, Waifu et moi  made this 'what kind of animal are you' test on this website ( http://www.animalinyou.com/ ) and it turned out I am a penguin while she is an otter. I checked all possible compabilites and it turned out that Otter and Pengiun are the perfect match in friendship, romance AND marriage. Romano, in one of our beautiful RPGs ((Aiii, I probably should explain the context to highlight how hardbreaking this is to me, but maybe thinking of one your own can be pretty exciting too;; Anyway, I am way too much in love with my beautiful roleplay-partner.))
