Jump to the Future takes place in a dimension named The Palaces on the world Palace Concy. It's neighboring world is named Palace Earth. The Palaces were created by the Goddess of Dimensions, Athorite, who wanted to give creatures from other dimensions a second chance at life. As the two new worlds flourished with life and began creating their own civilizations and languages, the Goddess had stumbled upon a certain corrupted dimension that had caught her interest. The dimension of Aluma, a world that had killed itself after sucking the life from its very core.
This is where the Goddess met her wife, the Demi Goddess of souls and shadows, Rhoda. Athorite was instantly in love, love at first sight. The goddess gave the demi a home to live in on Palace Concy and the two grew close. As the years passed by, Athorite became more and more busy with dimensional work which caused Rhoda to become jealous and frustrated.
One night, as the two were fighting, Rhoda scratched Athorite and ran off, created her own world in The Palaces and was never heard from again.
Rhoda is what we call an Aluma Holder. A creature with an abnormal body that can create shadow creatures that have glass orbs as hearts. These orbs can hold souls, the more souls the more powerful the Aluma gets. Now, Alumas are like shape shifters, they can shift into any form. The only thing that gives them away is their green triangle pupils.
As the years went by, Rhoda sent out thousands of her creatures to terrorize her ex lover and her world which soon grew to attacking other dimensions. Rhoda was so blind by rage and power she didn't see the hurt she was causing. Because Rhoda and her power was so out of control, Athorite had to create a group named "Warriors". Warriors were fighters given special made weapons that could easily kill Alumas, evey weapon designed to fit the fighter's needs. These warriors were not only made to kill Alumas but to help the Dimension Goddess out with her work with the dimensional galaxy.
The only problem with this is that with all the dimension hopping, it caused The Palaces to begin hiccuping. Meaning at random, portals to other dimension would open and then suddenly close at random times. It was bad because other dimensions were getting exposed to The Palaces when they weren't supposed to but it was good for the Warriors. It acted as training almost, helping them know how to act when visiting other dimensions or accidentally bringing other dimensions to The Palaces.
Throughout the years more and more people earned the Warrior title and job. Since so many began to join and it was hard to keep track of everyone, every Warrior was given a special tattoo that symbolized themselves. This tattoo had the power to help summon a Warrior's weapon within seconds which helped Warriors jump into battles and missions faster. At first, Warriors were required to change their names so their other dimensional selves wouldn't recognize them easily. This rule faded over time due to Warriors dressing differently, where their other dimensional selves couldn't recognize them as, well, them.
Both Rhoda and Athorite did end up having a few kids throughout the years. Not many know who these kids are but there's one that is very known.
After a fight against the Gold Truths and Rhoda, the Aluma had come to her senses and joined the good side. She made up with Athorite and the two were back together and later married. Some of Rhoda's kids and evil friends didn't like this and continued to make and send out Alumas to harm the dimensional galaxy. Because of this, the Warriors stuck around to help out.
Rhoda and Athorite did end up having a kid, his name, Corrupt Worlds. Later on, the two goddesses, as their wish, had their souls taken and locked away in a special place that only their son knows of. So the two basically died. Now, Corrupt rules the dimensional galaxy, The Palaces and runs Warrior Central. He tries to keep everything in order as best as he can. Though sometimes he has fun with it, giving some creatures tattoos that have a meaning to them (Corrupt tries to help some people and lead them down the right track).
