I just painted over this tumpeng picture and ref’d from this windmolen pic

Tumpeng / tumpengan is a biiig dish usually made for festivities or ceremonies. Traditionally it has a huge mound of glutinous rice that is dyed with turmeric, giving it a yellow color. Yellow signifies gold and wealth. The rice mound symbolizes a volcano as it is believed (and factually correct!) that the archipelago’s fertile soil are from the mud and lahar caused by volcanic ashes. The various sides represents a bountiful harvest.
