Primo looked up the hill and saw the silhouette of Miasma, smiling to himself as he made it closer to the willow tree. He chuckled to himself that Miasma had shown up so soon, half expecting to spend awhile alone here tonight before seeing the ghoul. "Hello again, Miasma. A small plush sat at the end of Primo's desk, it wasn't usually there. It disappeared all the time ever since 'the accident'. It had been collected for evidence, that's the only reason it was still relevant. It was meant to be contained and away as 'respect' towards the little emeritus. *Gale knocks on the cottage door, a container of still hot food that they clearly had just made. In the bag is a few more tactile toys and interactive books for little Sterling. They'd heard plenty about the kit.. And also of Primo's mates so naturally they wanted to comfort their papa and look after him, like they used to do if he fell ill all those years ago*

Sterling was happily asleep on his chest, unbothered by the sound even as her papa got up to answer the door. "Ah, Gale? That is very kind of you, ghuleh. I appreciate it greatly, come in, sí?"

He stepped aside to invite the ghoul inside, his kit only now waking up at the scent of warm food and a new scent. She had gotten a bit better at meeting new people but still hesitated and puffed up like a threatened kitten. Hissing and popping at Gale while Primo chuckled and walked towards the kitchen. "She just woke up, she may be a bit cranky."

Primo was indeed awake, always more of a night owl than anything else. He looked up when he heard Luna's little voice and smiled softly, patting the space beside him on the couch in the lounge of his room. "Ah Luna! The thunder is scaring you? Oh well we certainly cannot have that. Come, I will read to you and then we can go get some cookies from your brother's stash in the kitchen." He spoke warmly, always inviting for others especially those he cared for. In his hand was a copy of a book on marine animals, he had been learning some interesting facts and was about to turn on a documentary as well.

He was happy to see Luna relaxing a bit more. He found comfort in the storm outside, but he also understood how it could be scary to a kit. Even Copia was scared of the storm as was asleep in Primo's big bed with a rat plushie.
