After a pretty eventful two weeks including a hospital visit, surgery, and an allergic reaction after she surgery, I’ve finally felt well enough these last couple days to get owed artwork and some gif art done! Hope you enjoy!

The conversations turn into static noise in the childs ears Her eyes locked firmly with the space behind the man The terror left her body locked into place, barely even able to tremble at the sight However, a small feeling began to creep into her chest as her gaze remained locked into place.... was it... sadness?... betrayal perhaps?... Perhaps even a bit of anger... The feelings felt too complex for her to understand in the moment.. Rhody gently places her hands on the childs shoulders, voice soft "Hey.. its okay... meeting new people can be a lot sometimes... its okay Sweetie... Come on, lets get you back to the others.." -- -- -- -- -- You come across another page within the journal. The words still scribbled loosely on the page, tiny and in a corner, almost as if the words were trying to remain hidden. The text reads "I don't trust the new cooking man. I think he did something bad."

In the ward where all the orphans are kept A bed remains unmade On top of the rustled blankets are scattered pencils and paint brushes along with many pieces of paper, still damp from the paint and dented from furious scribbling

they are all dark and warped, as if they were crinkled upon completion before they fully dried

each piece of paper contains the same image.

Rhody tightens her grasp onto the small pair of glasses in her paws "I.... I don't know.... But she seemed-" She is cut off suddenly by the floatzel glaring down at her, her lips tight and brow furrowed "It seems like you've gotten a bit too attached to the children." "N-No I... I promise I have not... I have just... never seen a child act that way and... I got.... concerned..." The furret bows her head sheepishly in front of Sister Anne, causing the floatzel to flash her one more stern glare "Save your concern for actual issues, now if you'll excuse me. It's late." Sister Anne turns and begins walking down the hallway, the other nuns turn and follow in a timely manner. All whispering back and forth to each other while flashes small glances at Rhody as they walk away. Sister Rhody stared down at the floor. Defeated.

Despite the nun rushing to the child's aid she continued to cry and scream, covering her eyes, kicking away the glasses farther away into the grass desperately trying to crawl away from the adult's grasp Her siblings nervously stood off to the side, looking back and forth at one another in confusion at their siblings sudden outburst Sister Rhody grasped the child tightly in her arms, staring off into the distant forest where she was pointing at screaming but there was nothing.

".....but not... sweet like you are gonna eat me... Are you miss Rhody?" "Hmm.. I haven't thought of that.... Maybe I will!" "EEK! No no!!" The area is filled with childish squeals and giggling The woman playfully chases the child around the room Eventually scooping her up and pretending to try and eat her hands The child kicks and squeals with joy A moment of peace, just between them.

I wish there were more memories like this.

The girl stared up at the sky in wonder, observing each cloud... Every leaf on a tree... The buds on every bush... a bug skittering across the path.... soaking in every last detail of the sunny day surrounding her. "Come on, lets go show your siblings your pretty new glasses!"

Jolene (Jody) is a scrafty from the blog @ask-scrafty ! She is polyamorous and bisexual! Over time, eventually finding the term "demigirl" to suit her as well! There is one more file within the safe More damaged than the other two ~ ~ ~ ~ Saint Salem Chapel Jolene Female Scraggy Age upon arrival: 10 Arrived into our care along with two siblings. Rescued from a carriage accident. Jolene appears to remember the most out of the other two of what happened. However most of what she says doesn't appear to make much sense and has been discounted by the higher staff here at Saint Salem. Unlike her siblings, Jolene appeared to take no visible damage from the accident. Despite this, Jolene appears the most mentally effected by the event, seemed to suffer a great deal of shock. Appears to have signs of poor eyesight, appears to be unrelated to the accident however. Working on getting her eyes properly tested for some glasses. A extremely quiet child. She keeps her distance... [ Page 1 ] ~ ~ ~ ~ It appears as if the file came in a stack like the other two, however they are nowhere to be seen. The photo is damaged as well as various segments of the page, smeared slightly with ink stains. There is no other parts of the file to be seen, put them away for now. Back how you found them.

~ ~ ~ ~ Saint Salem Chapel Diane Female Scraggy Age upon arrival: 7 Arrived into our care along with two siblings. Rescued from a carriage accident. Diane does not appear to remember much about the accident, it appears a piece of charred wood had knocked her unconscious during the event. She suffered damage to her skull (a concussion) and her hearing seems greatly damaged on one side. Has not entirely lost all hearing on that side but will require a hearing aid of some kind once things have healed and settled down. A very hyper active child, extremely social.
