God help the outcasts, hungry from birth.
Show them the mercy they don’t find on earth.
God help my people. We look to you still.
God help the outcasts, or nobody will…

Meet my OC Serena- or at least her human version. An RP blog of hers is open at Ask-Serena-the-shark. I’m not as active as I used to be on there, but when I get the muse back, I’ll return.
I tried to draw more of a Disney version of her, turning off the pen-pressure and keeping colors relatively flat. Took about 2 hours to draw.
"Momma!"
As far as humans know, shark pups don’t stay long around their parents. They’re equipped with enough strength and teeth to get by themselves. However, this little pup has no intentions of braving the ocean alone. No, Bruce would rather stay alongside his mum.
//I get really concerned when people don’t like or reblog my gift art to them. Like, does it suck? Did I screw up the character? Did I not put enough effort into it? :( I don’t know, I just feel really worried that they didn’t like it…
//Bad news: I got burned by a hot glue gun. Good news: it’s shaped like a crescent moon!
//I decided to draw one of Sharksnake16’s lovely shark lady OCs!

Actually had a bit free time today! Whoa!

Some people unfollowed me ‘cause i am being inactive…*sniffs* it’s my college fault!
//Alright, ya’ll. You guys better head over and follow this amazing rper, you hear? She’s adorable, sweet, and a perfect Nemo.
My metaphorical internetbaby, ask-serena-the-shark/sharkluvr123/chainsxwsmile, drew these sweet doodles of Cordie the other week and I wanted to do a little something in return;;; Here’s doodles of Serena!
//HOLY MOLEY WOW, OK. HERE I AM DREADING MY NEXT CLASS AND THIS AMAZING WORK POPPED UP ON MY DASH. GOOD GOLLY GEE THIS HAS MADE MY DAY SO MUCH ;w; THANK YOU SO MUCH, SWEETIE!
A certain young human was sitting on a large, warm rock near the big, blue ocean, staring at the waters with slight unease, partly because he didn't know how to swim, and partly because he was afraid of what possibly lurked underneath.
A snout arose from the dark blue depths and nostrils flared, sending a salty mist in his direction.
Brushing the water off of his face, he quickly made his way over to the dragoness, wrapping his arms around her warm and powerful neck.
She gave a few play chittering warbles at the young boy's touch.
"No not all." Hiccup said as Toothless tilled in agreement.
"Where am I, exactly?" she asked. "I followed the school of fish from the west."
Grump just chuckled softly before a huge growl came from his stomach. “I guess that race can make anyone hungry. Wanna see if Gobber got anything made up for us?” Grump asked the water drake in a polite manner.
"That'd be great, actually," Serena answered graciously, scraping off a few grains of sand between her scales.
"Luxury Seat" (Ask-Serena-the-shark) {do it for the vine, Dagur. Do it for the vine}
Send me “Luxury Seat” to see my character’s reaction to yours sitting on mine’s lap
Leaning against the tree, the male felt that he was well hidden for now. Coated in the blood of the most recent dragon he had killed, he felt his scent was well disguised from anything that might pass by. Any dragons would have backed off, or just thought it was one of their many fallen and ignore it.
What he hadn’t been expecting, was a sudden weight to be placed onto his lap. Green eyes going wide, he turned his attention to the being sitting on his lap.
While he was surprised when the rock slab broke, he wasn’t angry with the dragon. Giving an eye roll, he reached over, petting the dog of the dragon’s head, letting her know that he wasn’t mad at her for breaking the slab.
"I suppose I should find something more sturdy.." He muttered to himself.
His stomach gave a growl, alarming him that he hadn’t had anything to eat for some hours. Pressing a hand to his stomach, he moved over to the small clearing in the floor where a few rocks circled a pair of logs. He’d have to start up a fire then cook something for himself and his sister.
Which reminded him… he needed to get the dragon out of here before the girl came home.
The drake breathed a small sigh of relief, grateful that her actions didn't anger the human. With the sudden increase in the man's heartbeat, Serena glanced up at him, tilting her head in concern. The dragon gave a few little whinnies, wondering just what was wrong.
"Does anyone know where Aunt Serena is?"
"Hello!" a cheerful voice called from behind the little clownfish.
Lilo was still snuggled against Serena. She wiped at her eyes, having calmed down enough to try having a conversation. “Serena? Where did you learn a lullaby like that? Do you sing to the younger sharks? What’s that like?” She paused to re-position herself so she could see her face better. “Will you tell me about your Ohana?”
"It's a song I used to sing to the younger sharks at my nursery," she replied, moving her head closer to Lilo. The great white stopped and blinked. Ohana.....she had heard of that word before...
A word for family...
Serena bit her lip lightly.
"Oh...I don't have one," she answered simply.
